This was a gift for my boyfriend and I got exactly what was pictured. The packaging was great, it was nicely secured insuring the frames safety and protection while it shipped. It seems to be durable and I enjoy it. It was slightly difficult for me to put the back of the frame back on, but that could've been user error at the time (which im sure it was). Hahaha.
