I have two of the wonderful little freezers. The first one arrived in good condition. It works very well and I’m sure this one will, too. It gets very, very cold. I was not able to make contact with the seller to describe the condition of the one I just received. The only option available was to start a return. It is too big to return (for two elderly seniors) and my husband had to cut the box off to remove the freezer and I need the freezer right now. It works, but is the front is unsightly and it will be sitting the breakfast room. We decided to keep it and just turn it backwards to sort of hide the damage. All I wanted to do was to let the seller know that the box was in perfect shape when it arrived, but the freezer was apparently packed for shipment, despite being damaged. Too awkward to return, but I must say I love my other one and I know this one will work just as well. I hope the seller is reading the reviews, so they can better control the condition of their merchandise before it leaves the factory warehouse. I am very disappointed with the damage. Note: These freezers come covered in a tight protective plastic membrane. It looks bad if you leave it on. Removing it is a very slow and tedious process. Otherwise, if you get one without damage, it’s a swell little freezer.

I was worried about buying such an item online with some reviews of dents so I picked a seller with great reviews and it came in well packaged and no dents. I really wanted this freezer for it's mesurements and size for my small space and the extra room that i needed since my refrigerator freezer got stuffed full alot and I wanted to be able to stock up better. This freezer works well for all of my needs. It runs quietly looks nice and is a great size for my needs. Seems to be well worth what it cost

Shipped cautiously with no problems. Already assembled, the plastic cover in the edges took some time to remove, but it was due able. No dents, set up temperature was easy, although the instructions were vague about temp so I googled it and set it at -14. Freezer quality is great and not noisy at all. I have it in my garage as an extra freezer.

Upon arrival, the entire freezer was wrapped in a plastic film which I assume was to protect it during shipping. The film was removed from all 4 sides and the top surface. Since owning, nothing has ever been placed on the top surface, however, blemishes began to appear almost immediately, despite that fact. The number of blemishes keeps multiplying. It seems the black layer is cracking underneath a transparent layer, trapping air bubbles between the two layers. If I had known the freezer would look like this in just a few months, there is no way I would have bought it. It's an eyesore. It looks so bad, I wish I had a place to put it out of sight. This freezer, by far, has the worst exterior finish of any large kitchen appliance I've ever purchased! (Purchased August 2025)

Did all the measurements and thought it was just right for two people. It's quite large! lol Our electric bill went up a bit, of course, and getting it to the perfect temp took a bit of tweaking. It can hold SO much and we barely have it 1/3 full. Great investment for when meat and frozen veg/fruits are on sale. Stock up!
