I bought this tent in June 2024 to go camping with my girls' Scout Troop, and I LOVE it! 💕 So far, I've slept in it 9 nights, on 4 different trips (Scout Camp, family Arches Trip, Trade-O-Ree, and Klondike). It takes me about 10 minutes to set up by myself (including staking it down, rain fly, and guy lines), has an optional rain fly, 4 windows, 2 side gear pockets, "door mat", and an optional ceiling gear holder. Dimensions: 8ft w x 8ft l x 67" tall I use a tarp underneath and a moving blanket on the floor inside (much nicer to walk around on! Also helps with insulation). Happy camping! 🏕 ... show more

This is an excellent tent but I used to have 2 Colemans prior to this. Coleman has a built-in rainfly with the legs that are easier to stretch out. However, the Coleman (the 3 people one) has only 3 sides window but this tent has 4 sides window, which make it nicer for the summer (think air circulation). I think this tent has thinner material (not sure if it's durable but we'll see!), but it has opening for plug-in to the outside outlet but my campout is usually primitive so I don't need that. I am 5'2 so putting that rainfly on top is challenging sometimes. ... show more

Update: After posting the review, the sellers reached out to me to offer a replacement. They said they didn't receive the original message that I sent via amazon (that might be an amazon issue, i have no reason to think otherwise). I have just received their replacement - and set it up as soon as I get it. Everything worked as expected. It seems the previous unit was defective for whatever reason - but the sellers do stand by their product - and will fix/resolve if there's an issue. I've updated the review to 5 stars. Honestly, I wish there was a 4.5 rating (as ideally there wouldn't be a defective one) - but I guess nothing can be perfect and someone does have to end up with the dud. The one thing I'd say from the original review that still holds - please check everything in working order prior to going anywhere. Or better yet - as soon as you receive it. Original Title: One of the Tent Poles Didn't Click/Lock into Place Original review below: I made the mistake of taking my time and not opening/trying it out until I needed it. Many months later, on my first use (when I actually needed it), one of the extendable tent poles didn't click/lock into place. As such, one corner was loose/unusable since it was much shorter on that side. It's past the refund period and I tried reaching out to the seller, didn't get a response. Lesson: try it out as soon as you get it to make sure it works. Great little tent! Quick and easy setup and also easy to fold up and put in it's carrying case. It rained a little bit the first night camping and the inside stayed completely dry. Hook on the center of the roof is perfect for hanging a small LED light. Great value! I can't wait to use it again!
