Patience required.

Got this to replace the factory screen protector on my Z fold 6 as it was starting to lift after almost 2 years. Opened it up to find part of the alignment tool broke. Still usable though. Went through the process of installing this on the front screen. Not perfect, 4 or 5 small air bubbles. Cant see them when the screen is on. So on to the main screen. Dozens of air pockets! Absolutely disgusting to look at. Worked on them for about an hour before just giving up. Put the phone away before I break something. 7 hours later I decided to pick up my phone see if I could get the bubbles out. The front screen protector was perfect, no bubbles! They actually went away on there own! Started working on the main screen, got a few of them out. It took 2 days but the main screen is now bubble free as well. Understand that you're screen won't be as brilliant with this as it originally was but there's no other noticeable issues with the performance of the phone. I'm returning the fold 3 set

I got this screen protector for my Galaxy fold 3. I put it on my phone about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Application was easy. I had a few very minor bubbles, but they were completely gone 2 days later just like it said on the listing. I was thrilled with it at that point. Now 2 weeks later, the inside screen protector is cracking on the fold of the screen. I will be returning it right after I post this. I take reviews very seriously, so, I really wanted to let others know here. Let me address the environment I'm in. I work in my home. I have not even been outside since I put this item on my phone. I have not dropped my phone at all. I do not use anything sharp on my phone at all. It doesn't even go in the same place as keys or anything. I live in Maine. So no extreme heat and it's winter here. I would not recommend this one for the fold 3. I cannot speak to any other device sets. I hope this helps everyone make their own informed choice. Have a good evening. ... show more

Great tactile feel, will develop cracks at the hinge

I really, really like how these feel upon application. It really does feel paper-like, and the matte surface diffuses some of the glare inherent in the inner screen's design. The crease is definitely less noticeable when this protector is on, as a side benefit. I had probably 15 small bubbles (pencil eraser or less) that disappeared within a few days of install. That being said, I was torn between 3 or 4 stars, as these will eventually start micro-cracking at the hinge. Mine lasted roughly 4-5 months before those cracks developed. I like the protector enough that I keep them in the house and apply as needed. I've grown practiced enough where I can nail the application in 1-2 attempts so the $20/yr cost is worth it, to me, given the paper-like touch, ease of removal and reapplication. ... show more

So I bought this and when I first put it on I didn't like it.. AT ALL! I immediately became negative about it.. When you're trying to squeegee out the bubbles,YES, there will be bubbles, and there will be lines, it looked absolutely horrible. So not having another screen protector to replace it with as I had used all three of them, I left it on until I can get another one. Two days later and the screen looks wonderful. So if anyone has a bad experience putting it on just give it a couple days. At this point, all of the bubbles, except for two small ones, have all seemed to work themselves out somehow. I'm happy with it and it feels nice. I am completely good with it. Pros of the product: ● There is no glare ● there are no finger prints as you can soon in the photos. ● the crease is almost completely gone (as in less noticeable) ● feels good to the touch ● there is no static to attract dust and debris like the original. Cons of the product: ●No complaint at all with the product however I'd recommend that the manufacturer let the consumer know that the imperfections will disappear. I wasted the extra screen protectors over trying to achieve perfection. ... show more

Good Feel, horrible installation

The installation of these are horrible. They make it seem like it is a "good deal" getting a 3 pack, but in reality, it took 3 tries to even get one of them on remotely usable. And even then I have two spots where there are permanent bubbles (I can flatten them, but they come back a short bit later). The biggest issue is the phone, which is so wide/large that there is no way to just plop the protector down free-hand and this kit does not come with a guide frame. Furthermore, the fold in the middle of the screen can cause the protector to look like it didn't sit on the screen right. Actually, my first attempt was my best attempt, if I had noticed/understood that the bubbles will mostly go away on their own, I might have been able to luck out (but alas didn't find that out until I was on the third one already). The instructions didn't mention this, I found this out from an online review. The protector feels great though, just like a smooth paper does. I do find it weird that the stylus leaves a visible mark on the protector. It isn't a scratch, and wiping it with your finger will make it go away, but it is funny to see what you scribbled on the screen after you turn the screen off. For security, I'd recommend wiping where you used the stylus with your finger or a cloth if you use it to write anything you don't want someone else seeing if they get a hold of your phone. The other problem is that I had to take the case off to apply this (since my case has a hinge protector) in order to get it to lay flat. As a result, the case piece for the front screen's sticky tape got ruined and it slides off regularly now when opening/closing the phone. TL;DR I'd possibly consider buying this again in the future, but it really needs a guide frame with it to help set it down evenly due to the bulky size of the screen. Paperfeel makes a world of difference when drawing or reading a book on a phone, but the installation for this kit is atrocious. ... show more

Korean quality! The application instructions are clear and easy to follow. Interestingly, I needed two attempts on the outer screen, but got a bubble free install on the inner screen the first time I tried. The look and feel is amazing. No more glare, o more smudges from fingerprints. Not sure why Samsung is not doing this as a default or at least as a option. It makes the fold 8 even more addictive! To settle one question: yes, you need to remove the factory installed protector film. That was very 3asy to do and also applying this matte film was easy. Perfect Screen Protector

While this is not the easiest screen protector to install, that's entirely because of the large phone. The tools they provide make it as simple as possible given the circumstances. I had several bubbles in mine, but as other reviewers have mentioned, they're all gone by now or almost gone after four days. 4/27/2025: During the original install I ruined two of the screen protectors and the last developed a crack from all the times I fold my phone. It's replaced a laptop for me, so it gets usdd constantly. I reordered these and it seems they've updated both the plastic used for the install and the instructions (or my memory is horrible). Either way, first try looked like it had bubbles and I said screw it, I'll deal with them a few days. Then I pulled the outer sheet of plastic off and realized the bubbles were in it, NOT the screen protector. Got it first try this time with no bubbles. It takes a bit of getting used to the feel and matte screen, but to me both are much better than no protector. I also find it a bit easier to write on the screen with the s-pen. ... show more
