I got this watch for my husband for our 11 year anniversary, engraved with the box and it came out beautifully. When we received it I believe it was damaged already and within a few days one of the knobs had fallen off. After writing my first review the seller contacted me asking me for a picture of the watch and less then 24hrs replaced the watch and mailed it to me. 5 stars for the watch and great craftsmanship on the engraving on both box and watch.
