Finally, a cost effective CFexpress Type B Memory Card that is compatible with the Canon R6 Mark III. My other cards run fine in the R5, R6, R7 however lag badly in the R6 III. I started using CFexpress to SSD adapters 4 years ago. My older ones still work fine in the R6 III, newer ones don't work at all. I started looking for 1TB CFexpress Type B Memory Cards and found them to be 250.00 to over 300.00. The Novachips 1TB Express CFexpress Type B cards at $229.00 fit my budget, sensibilities, and run great in the camera. They end up being just about the same price as the adapters and M.20 Cards. Great value for the capacity

I have ordered a few cards here that all stated these high read/write speeds and almost none of them were able to reach those speeds and record 8K raw on my Canon R5. Some wouldn't even maintain fast enough speeds to record 4K. This card I didn't have very high hopes because based on the sustained read/write speeds in the description, it may have been able maintain 4k, but not even close to the speed needed for 8k raw. I received the card, formatted in camera and hit record on 8k raw lite... The card recorded until it was completely full. I was amazed. Then I decided to format and try again, but this time with 8k Raw full quality. Again, this card recorded until it was completely full. Something I've noticed with many of these cards also, is they may be able to keep up with 4k, or even 8k recording speeds up until the card is 60-80% full, then the speeds may drop. But again, this card recorded 8k raw full quality on my canon R5 until the card was absolutely full. maybe 1gb remaining on both attempts. I certainly wish I had received the 512gb card for testing. Absolutely amazing imo. Its a great option. The card does get a little warm but not extremely hot. Warmer than some, but cooler than others. Definitely worth picking up the card, and if the 512gb is the same results, that is a great price they are currently selling it for!

These cards are fast and reliable. They are perfect for 4k cameras. I haven't noticed any issues like heat. For the price these are a must. I know they are expensive but they hold so much and save time with download and upload speeds. Thank you.

This is now the largest card I have. Never heard of this brand before but they seem noteworthy. In terms of performance, this card got me through a wedding just fine. You really get a card this size for video recording. In a Nikon Z8, this handled 8k recording fine. Partucularly in short recording intervals. Rarely will you record for more than 5 or 10 minutes continuously. Nice pick up.

You got a figure with an item like this it’s going to be one star or five stars depending upon if it keeps your data secure and uncorrupted or not. So far this is working perfectly and that excellent speeds. If it ever stops I will come and change the review to one star. Not really sure how much more that I can say about it. It works and it’s job is to work. It doesn’t matter what it looks like even though it’s kind of cool looking because it’s inside the camera.
