Hi, I purchased this SD Card believing from what I had read that it was compatible with the Kindle fire 10". After inserting and formatting the SD Card per the Amazon instructions, the drive seem to disappear. I wasn't able to store anything on the SD card. I went back to the 128GB SD card I'd installed previously.. The 512 GB SD card works fine but not for the purpose I had purchased it in the first place. ... show more

This card with it's massive 512gb of storage is decently fast both in read and write speeds (for an SD card, it's not an NVME SSD lol) and being Samsung storage, I trust it to last a long time. This is great for smartphones (if yours still supports storage expansion) since that number is dwindling every year, ironically Samsung whom made this card was one of the last pillars of expandable storage in the flagship range. This card is great and is a quick easy way to expand your storage capacity, and on top of that it is water resistant which helps especially if your device itself is not. I have one in my raspberry pi as well, unbelievable storage for the price.
