This is well made and solid. I am using it to connect 2 antenna switches. One switch is mounted and the other one is connected via this connector and that it the only support that it has. The floating switch is solid and there is no movement when it is switched between positions. I needed a gender-changer to adapt from a NanoVNA SO239 to an "HF kits" 1:49 UNUN kit SO239 to check whether the bandwidth claim (3.5-30 MHz) stood up. It did pretty well. Before I did this, however, I checked out the gender-changer by itself into a fairly good 50 ohm load to determine whether it introduced any significant discontinuities.
