I love these panels. They are very versatile. This is my third panel. So far they all work from the same app. Like the other two, one I powered it up and paired it to my phone the app connected and downloads the latest firmware to the panel. thats good to know that they all got updated to the latest and runs smoothly. I dont have a real need use case for these. I just like putting goofy massages on them for friends and stranger is random places. The app hasn't crashed on me one. With the same app, I can connect to all of my panels. the panels are bright. They are super flexible and pretty much water proof. You can animate the text and graphics as you'd like. It does come with a remote for "car" mode. I''m tempted to use it while driving to let people know when they are being bad drivers but i dont want to risk and road rage incident. not worth the risk yet i guess. If you want to do the eye this for your windshield i suggest getting a wide one piece panel instead of the two independent panels. you cant get the blinking to sync. Easy to set up and control it with the app or with the more limited option with the remote control that is included. These led panels work so good and have so many uses. I've mostly used mine for DoorDash deliveries by placing it on my front windshield displaying "doordash". Many co clients and comments along with "where do you get something like that?". Easy to set up and take down.
