For the price, this drone is awesome. It’s very easy to control, which makes it perfect for beginners. The camera quality is pretty good for fun shots, and having the extra batteries is a major plus since drone flights usually go by fast. Definitely worth it!

Makes it easy to travel with.The X69 drone exceeded my expectations for the price. Set up was easy. Learning to flying was a breeze. Seems a good little drone to learn on. Within 15 minutes of reading the manual and turning it on, I was able to fly it around the room, land on a table, take off again, fly it through a doorway to an outside environment. I flew it over the building, inspecting the roof with the camera (the camera connects to your phone or tablet through a wifi enabled app - that part is kind of annoying as you're connected to the drone and not the internet). On the other side of the building I flew it around and back through the door I'd used to get out, promptly landing in the table where I turned it off. The battery life seems to be about 30 minutes. But it does come with 2 batteries. I don't know how good the longevity will be. I can say I crashed several times before I figured out the controls and it never broke. In all, with the price, product, and ease of use, I can't complain. It's a nice little toy which offers education and allows aerial view of hard to reach areas.

The video and photo quality are clear and sharp for the price, making it great for casual aerial shots and learning drone photography. It connects easily to the app and the live feed is smooth with minimal lag. The controls are very beginner-friendly, but it still has enough features to keep adults entertained. Takeoff and landing are simple, and the drone feels stable in the air, even with light wind. Battery life is decent, and I appreciate how lightweight and portable it is. This was my first drone and since the weather has been uncooperative, it took me a while to get around to writing a review. The drone came packaged in a very nice case which allows you to keep everything organized. It comes with extra batteries which allows you extra flying time. If you are new to this hobby, you may be like me and not be aware that the FAA requires you to have a “Trust certificate” to operate this drone. You can take the quiz online and you must get every answer correct to get the certificate. The course is short and easy so most people will pass it rather easily. I do not have a cell phone, so I downloaded the app to my iPad. Since I'm in my mid-eighties, the larger display on the iPad is easier for me to see. You can use it without the controller that came with the drone. It does fit in the controller when turned vertically, but it was easier for me to use just the iPad. I'm still just learning to fly it since we've been having heat indices over 100 degrees just about every day for the last 2 months. With Fall coming, hopefully, I'll get more practice time. I was impressed with the quality of the drone, especially considering the price I paid for it. For someone just starting in this hobby, I think this is a perfect fit. You have a great starter drone with a small investment to help you decide if you want to invest more money to move up to a more expensive model. If you decide that this hobby is not for you, you haven't wasted a lot of money on the experience. I'm very happy with this drone and think most other beginners will be too.

This drone offers solid value as an entry-level toy for the price, proving surprisingly durable during indoor flight by shrugging off light bumps into walls. While the propeller guards do have a tendency to detach easily, the overall build quality is respectable for the price point. However, there are a few technical trade-offs to keep in mind. You need to use your device's WiFi connection for the drone, and while the experience on iOS (iPad) worked for me, the camera feature in the Android app failed to work on my Pixel 10 Pro. Finally, be prepared for short flight sessions, as each battery provides only about 10 minutes of airtime.
