  • Portable value
Style: 100W
Great portable solar panel if you have limited space in your vehicle. The folded size is compact and easy to stow. The build quality is great and it seems tough enough. We’ve used ours on a few overlanding and camping trips since purchasing. It’s easy to deploy and fold back up. It charges our power generators and runs our fridge without issue. You do have to keep in mind that with this being a multi-fold panel and not a bi or tri fold rigid one, it will have to hang or lay flat as it can’t be angled with a kickstand or prop. There are two included carabiners and grommets on the panel itself. We’ve either played it flat atop our jeep roof, across the front window with the carabiners, or on the hood. My only wish was that the included cable was just a foot or two longer. ... show more

  • Does it’s job
Style: 120W
One of my power stations has a max of 100 W. Bought this 120 to make sure that I max out input. Also, it was important to be portable and small as I am taking this camping and don’t want to carry around large panels. This is very packable and was putting out good numbers. I like the bag that it comes with. Seems to be a decent quality… I’ve seen sturdier panels but dollar for dollar and for it’s size... This is hard to beat. Was pumping out 90 to 100 W on a sunny day with imperfect angle. Also did not require any additional adapters to connect to my Anker. ... show more

  • Pretty Nice, With Flaws
Style: 100W
After my first long road trip with these panels, I can say for the most part, they worked really well powering up my Anker 300w power station. It is super easy to set up, (except for one of those pesky plug-ins that's a bit of a pain to unlock). I love the carrying case as well, for it lets me keep them safe while in storage. What I didn't like is how there is absolutely nothing to hold them up. I really didn't think about this part before buying them, but I truly feel it should be part of the package. Laying them on the ground is very much not recommended. You need to have them elevated and slanted towards the sun at all times for them to work efficiently. Had I understood this from the beginning I would have bought something else. For now I am using a camping chair to hold them up. I also wish they included information on how to properly clean them. Since I use them when I am outside camping, they tend to get dirty from dust and wind. All I used was a towel to wipe them off, but they still stay pretty dirty and I don't like that at all. Other than that, I think it's a great little set up for a smaller power bank. I have a 300 W and if I got good sun, and the right position throughout the day, it charged up my bank pretty well. Just know, you have to stay on top of it when it comes to the power of the sun. When the sun moves, you move the panels with it. So it takes some strategizing, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple. You want at least 35-40 W inputting into your system, anything less will take forever to charge up your battery. ... show more

  • Perfect campervan addition
Style: 120W
Rebuilding my campervan and didn’t want to mount a solar panel on the roof as before. I already have a battery isolator to charge my house battery while driving, but wanted some solar to top up while camping. I’ve only tried it once but it worked like a charm. In the somewhat low Virginia winter sun with clear skies my charge controller was showing it producing about 13.7 volts at over 4 amps. The design is rugged, and I love that it folds up so compactly and I can store it away easily. If you’re using it like me and will be connecting/disconnecting with MC4 connectors I strongly suggest using a tool designed for that purpose. It’s a little disappointing that they didn’t include a plastic tool for this purpose, but you can pick up a set for a few bucks here on Amazon. Would definitely buy again. ... show more

  • Lightweight and very efficient
Style: 120W
This is the lightest, most efficient solar panel that I could find and I did a ton of research. I'm getting a steady 115 watts at 1pm in January at 40° latitude. That's 95% of Sokiavola's rated efficiency for those of you who don't like to do math. I made a stand for it out of a repurposed hunting blind strut hub from an old broken hunting blind. Stand sits at 40° tilt inclination to optimize for my home latitude. This will be part of the reason why I'm getting the efficiency but the bottom line is that the panel does what they say it can do and that's impressive. I'm attaching pics of my setup and a screen shot of the performance through my bluetti app. 95% tested efficiency, $1.33 per watt (at full price). 5.63 lbs lbs which comes out to be 20 watts per lb. And it's ip68 waterproof because the only DC out are mc4 ports which is a win for me. I would prefer waterproofing over having DC charging ports that are open to the weather and I will only be charging my power station with it. It doesn't come with a stand so you will have to make one or hang it, which could diminish your efficiency if you don't get the angle right but that's on you. You get what you earn. The cord that comes with it plugs into to the mc4 outs hardwired to the panel and is weatherproof. It also compatible with all the major power station brands. In my opinion this is the best lightweight solar panel for the money. ... show more
