The Reviews were excellent on this ballast and igniter. No negatives and most importantly no returns listed to buy Like New or Used selling by this vendor which I checked before I purchased. That's an important to check that they're not selling a lot of returns. Could be a flag for reliability or refurbed units. So I'm allowing Amazon to send me another one. Life is not perfect This honest review and just maybe bad luck on a faulty unit. I'll post again when the replacement is installed. I know it's working properly and reliable. ... show more
