I’m really impressed with these adjustable dumbbells! They’re much easier to adjust than I expected. You simply rotate the dial to choose the weight you want, so there’s no need to remove and add individual plates like with traditional adjustable dumbbells. The adjustment is quick and convenient, which makes switching between exercises much easier. They also feel solid and well made. The only thing to mention is that they are a little larger than I expected, especially for a smaller woman. But honestly, I don’t consider that a real drawback, and I still think they’re a great option for a home gym. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!

High quality set of weights for home gym

This 28lb 11-in-1 adjustable dumbbell is an absolute good investment for my home workouts. Going from a cluttered pile of weights to a single, compact unit has saved so much space in my room. The weight adjustment system is fast, smooth, and incredibly intuitive. I just rest the dumbbell in its base tray and twist the handle to select my desired weight. Having 11 different weight options packed into one piece of equipment allows for seamless transitions between exercises without interrupting the flow of a workout. In terms of build quality, it feels solid and secure in hand. The handle offers a comfortable, non-slip grip, and the plates lock into place reliably with minimal rattling during lifts. While 28 lbs might not be enough for heavy compound lifts like bench presses or deadlifts, it is the perfect range for arm isolation, shoulder presses, back rows, and light functional training. It meets my needs very well.
