I chose this product after I searched and compared prices, product feedback, and quality of other products. We settled on the device because it explained well what it does and what it was made for. I was so happy when I received the product fast, all in pieces are intact, and I was very easy to put it together. I would say the following are the main strengths of this device that I can highlight and share here: 1-Easy to install, easy to assemble and to operate right out of the box. 2-It has excellent display quality and I like the screen size, I already reduced the amount of time I watch my phone and my tablet. 3-It has excellent battery capacity which is suitable for entertaining me and my guests around the house. I rolled into to the bedroom and I was able to watch several movies while still has enough charge on the battery. 4-I do appreciate the fact that it has power and battery charge level displayed on the surface of the base. 5-Rolling the unit around the house seems very easy and it handles very well all surfaces tile and carpet floors. 6-Its touch screen very responsive and love the Bluetooth remote control. Overall, I truly love this device, this rolling TV on wheels has been a great addition for me.

Excellent Product with Easy Installation and Premium Features I'm delighted with this product. The installation was straightforward, requiring minimal screws and mainly wire connections. The box contained clear instructions and a helpful link to installation videos, which made the process effortless and saved me considerable time and effort. The display screen size is perfect, and the weight feels well-balanced. The overall build quality, color, and materials give it a premium feel. We were searching for a TV/tablet like this and it came down to this one and very hesitant because of some of the negative reviews. First of all Hulu does work as well as Disney+ but you can't update or install from the Google Play store. I contacted Amazon support which was a waste of time and I just dove in and with the help of my wife keeping me calm we figure it out. This product has another app store called Aurora. From this app I was able to update Disney+and also install Hulu and they both work. The upsetting thing about products like this from China is that they slack off on providing correct information on how to work this device which is where a USER MANUAL WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT! Pretty much everything else is the same as the Android OS for the most part. Luckily for me a have 16 years of technical support with Verizon but I had to dig deep in my brain files and blow the dust off of them and restart my technical support engine. One other thing that was wrong is the column screw was too big so for now I found a bolt that fits until the seller contacts me hopefully sooner than later. Overall the device is surprisingly great especially for the price. Installation was not hard. Rolls great even on carpet. I would recommend but at your own mental risk. Hope this was helpful. Go Vikings... SKOL!

I was excited for this Touchscreen TV I like the color, the look and the easy to move around the house. However, after using couple weeks, the Internet connection often on off. I have to manually reconnected fairly often. It seems running on an older version of android. Some of the apps that I like to use such as Peacock TV, drama Viki, which are not available to download… I’m going to send it back and wait for better technology on this type of device
