I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these stools given the price. One thing I really love about them (in addition to being comfortable and attractive) is that they swivel underneath the countertop so the back won’t hit it if you twist it around. This means that not only are they less likely to get dented or damaged, but also the backs don’t show over the counter from the other side. It makes it easier to work on both sides of the peninsula or island without having to move them around. I also found them easy to assemble. They arrived MUCH more quickly than Amazon said they would, so I recommend not planning them around a trip. Of course, my experience could’ve been unique and I was overjoyed by it, but I think it’s worth mentioning. Please pardon our partially remodeled kitchen. We’re still working on it but enjoy these stools every time we’re able to.

These chairs are so lovely! The quality is really nice, much better than I anticipated. The wood feels smooth and not cheap like other furniture you might find online. I was pleasantly surprised and exceeded my expectations. I haven't used them much so I can't speak to durability but visually they are great! The swivels are smooth and soundless. Assembly was also fairly easy and directions were easy to understand. The only issue I had was I hard time getting a couple of the finishing plugs that cover the screw holes in and had to try to carve out the hole a bit with a screwdriver. Otherwise, really great chairs.

We love these new barstools. They are modern looking and quite comfortable. They sit well under the counter and feel sturdy. I love the wood grain color with the black wipeable cushions. The directions were easy to understand and my husband put them together in no time with just a little assistance from me holding a part in place. I believe they will last quite sometime and hope they do. Highly recommended.

I love the look of these barstools, they are comfortable, and assembly was easy but after less than a month of use the finish is chipping off on both chairs from minimal contact with the countertop.
