Got two of these, one for me one for my wife and they are AWESOME! Was a bit nervous about buying off the internet, but it wasn't a problem. One bike did have a flat spot on the rear rim (looked like the box might have been dropped). Sent pictures to the after sale customer support, got a response in one day asking me to take it to a local bike shop for repair at their expense. Did that, uploaded the receipt and had the payment in my bank account the next day. Have had contact with support a couple other times and they are always responsive and helpful. The bikes? We love these bikes. I've always had hot road bikes and my wife always felt like she was holding me back. These bikes are the great equalizers. We were riding once or twice a. month together on the road bikes. Now we're riding 3 or 4 times a week. Unexpectedly, it's actually a pretty good work out according to my heart rate monitor. I consistently get into zone 2 or 3 and since we're riding further, from 1.5 to 3 hours at a shot, it adds up to a good work out. The front shock, and the seat post shock combined with the lower pressure (40psi) 2" tires and a super cushy seat makes for a really nice ride, also extending our ride times. Battery, we usually ride at assist level 3 and in that mode we've gotten 60 miles on a charge. The batteries are heavy, but relatively easy to pull out of the bike and put on the charger. Going in I was a bit of throttle snob thinking I'd never really use it, but it's actually quite nice for starting and also to remind the electrical engine to do it's thing if I've stopped pedaling for a while. All in all, only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. ... show more

This was such a great purchase. We love our bikes! They were a great price. The shock absorbers are wonderful. The battery will last about 30 miles with pedal assist on and pedaling. The top speed is about 24. We usually ride at about 12 mph. We have ridden several rides with no problems. We enjoy getting out on the trail to ride. The bikes make it lots of fun! If you get too tired, you hit the throttle and it just moves you on!! The size is great for an adult. It is heavier than a regular bike, but that is due to the battery. The instructions are not super. We did have a little difficulty putting them together, and we even used youtube. It was worth it in the end. ... show more

This bike is very well made. More assembly required than on previous manufacturers, but I do feel this bike is better quality. The ride is fast and smooth. The frame is heavy, sturdy, and a nice color. I like the suspension seat post, but I prefer a different seat and therefore replaced it immediately. Assembly directions were clear and well written. I’ve put over 250 miles on bike. Max speed 28. Use as daily transportation. Battery requires charge after 15-20 miles. For price of $600 not a bad bike

Arrived a week earlier than expected. Excellent packaging; the thick zip ties and cushioning protected the biker during shipping. Easy to put together, with a combination of reading the instructions and trial/error. All the equipment you'll need for the assembly use also included!

The bike came quickly. The color(baby blue) is beautiful. It was a little harder to put together than I expected but I got it all together and went for a ride. The seat is comfortable and the ride was nice and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

The Cybervelo step-thru ebike is really nice. I am very pleased with my purchase. I believe it has the best value over any ebike I researched at this price point. It is well constructed and has ample range. I find it comfortable to ride. This is due to the comfortable seat, step-thru frame, and easy adjustable handlebars. I was able to tailor the bike to me. The bike was well packaged for delivery and came 90% complete. The instructions were easy to follow for finishing the assembly and operation of the bike. I was out biking in 30 minutes. So far I have only praise for this ebike. It has ample power. It is robust enough to take on park trails meant for walking and riding, not rough terrain. This only has 2" tires and fork suspension. I wanted an ebike I could handle easily on city streets and occasionally take with me to a park trails. ... show more
