So far this welder is doing great, the only picture I got was with dirty painted metal and a weak ground and just a flux core weld, it’s been years since I’ve welded but I’m pretty happy with the results so far. Everyone tried the welder and put out good welds. Super easy welder even for a dummy. I’d take it over my old Lincoln 140 any day so far from what I’ve seen! I’ve seen great reviews so hopefully it lasts me years like my lincoln.

I bought this welder not knowing what to expect, but it's a really great unit! The Pulse mode really helps me out making my welds a whole lot cleaner! Full disclosure, I'm a beginner welder, I'm still learning and I'm only learning to have a new skill under my belt for personal projects and home repairs (E.g., decorative Iron RV side gate repair, etc.), but my friend who's been welding for Chevron for over 40 years was genuinely impressed, and blown away at how good this unit was, especially with what I paid for it. He came over to help me weld some anchor points onto my utility trailer, so he got to try it out, and was shocked with its performance, saying it was extremely consistent and powerful, which made me feel a lot better, considering he's a professional veteran welder. I 100% recommend this welder to anyone looking for a smoking deal on a high quality and performance welder, whether your a beginner like me, or a pro like my friend, who wants a small unit for quick, medium duty, non-industrial jobs/projects. Very satisfied.

I have had this machine for several months using different processes. I actually weld for a living and needed another portable machine to throw in the truck. Really simple to set up. Like the total manual function for mig. Alot of the newer machines won't give you that. It has sync mode but it's not the intelligent mode by just plugging in your metal thickness. It runs 7014 and 7018 rods like my blue machine, nice and smooth. On mig its runs smooth arc, maybe not as smooth as a higher end machine but it does a nice job. As for amperage I'm not sure your going to get 250 on 220amp circuit but I'm usually running a large generator. It will penetrate when butt welding 1/4in. Overall for the price I don't think you can find a decent welder to get the job done with respectable results. Note haven't run out duty cycle either but I'm not welding couple feet of strings at one time.

The media could not be loaded. At this price point, this welder has many features. some of which are not available on more expensive welders. Such as, spool gun option, spot weld with adjustable time. all 3 cables are approximately 10 feet long and Adjustable inductance. And 60% duty cycle. + and - adjustment in synergic mode for both voltage and Current.it has no limitation on amperage when selecting wire size. on some welders like Arccaptain, if you select 0.030, you can only increase the amperage to 130 Amp max. NOTE: 1: These units must have hefty filter capacitors so when the unit is turned off and caps discharge, the screen flashes for a second of two. DO NOT be concerned. this is normal. I've seen this in other more expensive brand name welder. 2: According to specs, it has a fan on demand. but This has been upgraded to continuous in order to improve the duty cycle. I measured the noise level right next to machine with cover closed and it's lower than average for all these types of welders. 3- Some units may have mig contact tips labeled 0.8mm however it's incorrect hole size it will cause flux core wire to jam. try pushing the wire through it as a test before screwing it on to avoid birds nest. These days, practically 98% of the welders can lay a reasonably nice beads. and this machine makes even flux core look good. The most important feature of any welder, no matter what price range is the actual output current compared to the ADVIRTISED specification. I tested the output current for Flux core synergic (which uses none threaded nozzle) on 220V at different Amp settings. The results Did Not disappoint and exceeded expectations. you can see the full test results for Synergic flux core on YT video under " FEMEROL MIG 250 welder output current Flux core tests" title. WV591 channel. Exceptional customer service !!! Excellent performance. Two year warranty . Great value. It's a Keeper .

The machine arrived on time, in perfect condition. The thing that struck me first off was the build quality, and the weight of the machine. Then just the ascetics of it, for a welding machine it is very easy on the eyes and looks like it is ready to get to work. It looks and feels like a quality machine. I have never been able to run a proper weld with flux core wire, but after setting up the Femerol Mig 250 Pro I was running some quality welds, minutes after un-boxing the unit. Which I am sure will only get better. The display and inputs take a lot of the guess work out of Flux Core Mig Welding. The Synergic Mig function seems to work as advertised. And the ability to fine tune amperage and wire feed rate only help to make quality welds. As a weekend welder, I don't believe you can get a better machine at this price. Update: My welds are getting better all of the time, I am building a cart for the unit to get some practice in. I have the issue of the display blinking after shutting down. I contacted customer support, Lily responded within an hour or so. It seems this phenomenon is normal due to capacitor discharge and such, I was assured it was normal and not an issue. Whew! Because I really like this machine, I believe I'm looking at years of trouble-free service ahead. I'll keep you posted.
