I'll admit I only purchased one box to start a project, thinking these might be too flimsy for keeping digging critters out from under my shed. But they are surprisingly sturdy. I hammered them in with a regular steel claw hammer, and they all went in fine. I hit a few rocks along the way and had to poke around with a long screwdriver to find them and dig them out. Those minor obstacles are to be expected. When pounding these in, I sort of "rocked" it side-to-side by alternating back and forth with the hammer near each end. The most satisfying part was coming back multiple times over several weeks to see something (I think a rabbit that I've seen around here) had tried to dig under the fence and gave up every time. Finally no more critters under the shed. Value for money: Seems to be a very good option for a budget-friendly application. I have also purchased and used the more expensive "name brand" version and those work very well too. But I haven't had any issues with this product. works great. Ease of installation: Surprisingly easy installation, and only requires a hammer and some time.

Placed around my shed to keep out ground hogs. Works perfectly. Easy to install. Good value and looks like a professional job. Sturdy enough to keep the ground hogs from digging under. Great product!

This product worked well. Put it up next to my fence to prevent my dogs from digging under the fence. So far has worked. Looks great and was not to hard to put into the hard ground with soft hammer.

Works great to keep a small dog from going through the iron fence! Not visible from a distance, and it looks good enough that the neighbors don't mind having it on the bottom of the fence.

I was quite disappointed in the quality of this product. I kept them because I got a new dog who is very small and it was imperative to block the low spots under the fence as soon as possible. They wire is flimsy. They come with zip ties but they're short and flimsy. They also come with gloves and a teeny tiny pair of wire cutters. I didn't use the gloves, but they seemed to be just standard black latex gloves. They really should have a galvanized color selection to better blend with the majority of chainlink fences. Bottom line, they work for keeping a very small dog in. I wouldn't be confident that they'd keep out a determined coyote or other digging creature.

Very pleased with product! Well made, easy to line up on edge of garden. Looks very nice, better than the plastic ones you can buy or the wide spaced ones at the garden shop. The purpose mainly was to keep the critters, bunny rabbits and such from reaching the plants and so far, it has served the purpose quite well. Unless the rabbits grow another foot taller than they are, we should be fine, ha ha

Bought these to help keep our puppy inside our chain link fence. He is an escape artist. It used these to reinforce the bottom of the fence where there was some give. They are good and sturdy and a good length. It also keeps him from digging. I bought a second set after the first worked and kept filling in parts of the fence he hadn’t discovered yet.

Love these! Was going to cost an arm and a leg to replace our questionable fence, but two packs of these things were able to guard off all the iffy spots sufficiently. Also work well for an area we didn't quite know how to manage, which is under our shed. It's on a raised foundation, so our puppy would try to crawl under it. We lined the whole bottom edge with these, and there's nothing to worry about anymore. They're perhaps a tiny bit flimsy, but it depends on how much you care about looks I guess. The grates up top will not deform at all, it's just that the prongs that stick into the ground are so long that it's easy for them to give to the side a bit when putting them in the ground. They are plenty sturdy to deter my 30 lb dog and we're installed easily, they just maybe don't go in super straight naturally due to the construction. So they're fully functional up top and I'm happy for my purposes, but you might need to be more careful during installation if you want them to look a little cleaner all the way at the bottom.
