Switches from 11–90 lb with a quick twist—lock feels secure and there’s zero plate rattle. The anti-slip grip is comfortable even when sweaty, and the tray protects floors while saving a ton of space. I’ve replaced a full rack for rows, squats, and presses. Minor nit: it’s bulky at lighter settings and must be returned squarely to change weight. Overall, excellent value for a heavy single bell.

These adjustable dumbbells are value priced and meet similar quality standards as competitor's dumbbells that are priced higher. The trays that support the dumbbells initially arrived damaged in shipping, but the vendor generously sent a replacement dumbbell and tray set that arrived in good condition. I've been pleased with the ease and functionality of setting various weight increments and the dumbbells operate as I expected.

The 55 lb. adjustable dumbbell set is easily adjustable and feels secure when using. It is also easy to store. The set did arrive promptly, although there was damage to the outer shipping box, and one of the support trays was found to be cracked when I opened it. I contacted Fit Sir via email; they responded promptly and are sending a replacement tray. Excellent customer support, reasonable pricing, and a great product.

I was looking for something compact and versatile for my home workouts, and this has been perfect. Considering the fact that these things can cost $500 for essentially the same thing, I’d call these an excellent value. Came fully assembled and ready to go. Unwrapped them and got to work. The adjustment is rapid and easy to see. If I had to gripe about something, maybe they have a bit of slop in between the plates. But not nearly enough to matter. And again, for the price, you can’t expect perfection. Highly recommend.
