Dumbbells are great and its easy to switch weights on the fly, but its maybe too easy to switch because ive had the handle turn while lifting on more than one occasion now. I would not recommend using these for any lift above your face/head where weights can fall on you. I also wear steel toe shoes when using them because i dont want to break my toes when they decide to let loose. Just dumped the full 55 today onto another piece of equipment, so i had to leave a review. Overall great quality but be careful with them Update: i just had a plate fall off for no reason while carrying this dumbbell, these things are NOT SAFE Update: plates go flying off every time i use these now. Ive only had them for 2 or 3 months and theyre unusable now.

Very slick design. Comfortable to use. Weight range is great. Placing dumbell back in the tray after a session can be mildly annoying at first but it just takes a couple uses to get familiar. Really cool product. Well made.

I've owned these for 8 months now. Worked great till now. Was using them to do flat bench and one of the weights fell out and almost hit me in the face. Something inside loosened up and will not hold weight in place anymore. Could be very dangerous.

Love the appearance, looks GREAT, but the weight distribution on the dumbbells is UNEVEN (not sure if it’s normal. First time trying this creation.) You’ll notice it mainly when you’re performing curl-ups. It can be bothersome to some people. Other than that, so far (one day) no other issues. And for the price (a pair,) can’t even complain. I’m not sure if it’s this particular model or they all have that uneven weight distribution, due to its design.
