I dislike that as I'm taking the plastic off I see a broken part. And screw holes don't line up. I just stopped and started putting the stuff back in the bags cause God only knows what other problems will pop up. I'm not pleased.

I bought this bike for my nephew. Originally the bike was delivered with incorrect parts that didn’t fit together. But customer service was very accommodating. They sent a replacement bike that I was able to assemble without any trouble. My nephew loves his bike now!!!

The media could not be loaded. My son got this from Santa on Christmas Day💗 He was so excited the moment he saw this. It took a little time to build but not so complicated. My 4 yo who is more like size 5 can ride this easily and handles it very well. You can switch forward and backward, realistic turn key, Bluetooth function. Definitely great gift for 4 years old and up. Really good motorcycle for the money. Battery life I don’t know yet since we just got it yesterday. Age range is perfect too.

So disappointed in this purchase. We got it for our 4 year old for Christmas, and shortly after the bottom piece fell off and continue to fall off every time my son rides it. Which makes it very frustrating for a four. Less then 6 months after Christmas and the bike no longer works. It was fully charged when me son too it for a ride, didn’t even make it to our neighbors house before it died and now won’t work even after charging it again. I do not recommend customer service was awful and wouldn’t refund me my money or send another bike!

Super disappointed. My 8 year old son bought this with his own money for his birthday and it’s been one issue after another. It worked well the first week and then the metal piece holding the handle bars to the motorcycle broke. My husband tried to fix it and it isn’t lined up with the wheel 100% so it makes turns or going straight not accurate. Feels like he wasted his money and can’t get it to function properly. I wish we had purchased something sturdier and wouldn’t be so prone to problems but we didn’t know. Such a bummer for him though
