I purchased this kids Vespa-style electric motorcycle as a birthday gift for my daughter. It was delivered on May 3, 2026, but since her birthday wasn’t until early June, I kept the bike sealed in its original box until then. Unfortunately, after only about five rides, the motorcycle is already experiencing motor and power issues. Even with a fully charged battery, it has noticeable loss of power and struggles to perform as expected. This is very disappointing considering how little use it has received. To make matters worse, because I stored the bike unopened until my daughter’s birthday, the return window has now expired, leaving me unable to return the product through Amazon. I have reached out to the seller and am hoping they will stand behind their product and help resolve the issue. After experiencing this problem, I reviewed other customer feedback and noticed several reviews reporting similar motor and power-related failures. Based on my experience so far, I have concerns about the overall quality and long-term reliability of this product. I will update my review if the seller provides a satisfactory resolution, but at this point I cannot recommend this product based on its performance and durability.

This is a great ride on motorcycle. Its very fast. My daughter loves it. My only gripe with it is the back wheel came a little wobbly, the brakes were a pain to figure out how to tighten and the chain kind of grinds on the sides. I spoke with the company about it and they attempted to help by telling me things to do. None of which worked. Unfortunately the best they could do was offer me 11% refund back. Better than nothing but doesn't help that the chain still grinds and the brakes aren't the best. I would buy it again though in hopes that maybe ours was just a fluke.
