This is a beautiful Cuban-style chain necklace from BRAYEG. I selected the 24” version for my wife and it looks and feels like a real gold necklace. She loves it. The 5mm chain (about 3/16”) is 14K gold plated with a ‘lobster’ type clasp. The length and design of the chain keeps it from kinking or knotting. The necklace comes in a nice little felt pouch inside a small box perfectly suitable for gifting. This chain necklace is very well made, very economically priced and can be worn along with other shorter or longer necklaces for a layered look. I got this for my son, and he put it on immediately and wore it the rest of the day, so I’m going to say he definitely liked it. The chain is 14 karat gold filled, which is different from gold plated. Gold filled has a higher amount of actual gold content, so it feels a little nicer and more substantial than simple plating. The finish is shiny and attractive without looking over the top. It uses lobster claw clasps, which I personally like because they’re easy to hook and secure. My son disagrees and says lobster claws are a weak design, so that part probably comes down to personal preference. Beautiful chain! My husband has been wearing it in the 22” length size in gold, since it arrived. He also wore it one time in the shower (he usually removed jewelry, but was in a hurry), without any damage or change in color. The links are very smooth and the clasp is very strong. The clasp is a little larger, which makes it easier to put on and off. This chain would make a great gift! The chain is substantial enough to wear with a pendant, but also looks nice without one. This is a nice gold chain but the width is a little to big for my liking. It would be nice as a man's chain or for anyone that doesn't like dainty necklaces. The chain is a realistic and heavy weight, it does not look or feel cheap.

This necklace does not leave a green ring around the neck and seems durable it has not broke despite my son playing with it all the time so that is saying something.
