I purchased this to connect a Firman generator to natural gas. The Firman model was $100 so I took a chance on an off-brand. Everything looked great and installation was a breeze, but I did have a small issue. Unfortunately, I couldn't install this for around two months due to personal issues, and upon installation was when I found the issue. It was too late to return it (and I would've contacted the seller first regardless) so contacting the seller was my only option, so I did. I can say they were very quick to respond, and sent me an entire new package instead of just the part I needed, no questions asked, and fast. I had the new unit within days of requesting service.
