Bought this as a beer/wine fridge. I had some concerns at first about the actual temperature not matching the temperature displayed on the panel, but the Velieta customer service rep was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my total satisfaction. Looks great in my home bar! Very satisfied. Note: After using it for a while, I've noticed the temp. display lights do not turn off like the interior lights, and they are pretty bright. Another review pointed this out also. I would like to see an option to turn off the temp. display and only have it come on when you open the door. Follow up: I bought the 15" fridge for pop and water to go with the 24" dual zone fridge for beer and wine. Loved it at first then realized they are not the same size when I put them together. The 15" fridge is shorter, so they do not line up. I ended up returning the smaller fridge. I would still give it 5 stars because it is a good product but wish the designers had made all the refrigerators the same height, so they pair up better. I would buy the 15" fridge again if it was redesigned to match their 24" or 30" model. ... show more

Purchase this fridge a few years ago, has worked great ever since. Recently started making a noise, I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and sent a helpful video to diagnose and repair the issue and also sent a replacement part at no cost. Would purchase again!

This is the second wine cooler I’ve purchased and it is phenomenal. I love red wines and it keeps the temperature perfectly stable at 63 degrees. The racks are plastic but trimmed with wood and it has a nice blue interior light that looks great. The assembly involved installing the handle and waiting a day before plugging in to stabilize the refrigerant for proper operation. My complaint was not with the unit but with the third party delivery company. They dropped it on the front porch on a broken pallet and refused to bring it inside my house. Luckily I had a dolly and my girlfriend and I managed to get it inside and unboxed. The box was damaged but the unit was fine. That an hour I’ll never get back so shame on you delivery company. Overall I’m very happy with it and would buy it again if needed later. It’s a good value looks beautiful with the stainless steel frame and handle and fits perfectly with my stainless kitchen appliances. ... show more

Two of my 36 bottle units failed (Danby) are turned out to be not designed to be repaired. Having the need for more capacity I looked at this unit and was impressed by the price and the presence of an actual website with support. Shipping went reasonably well, although delayed significantly from that promised at purchase. Delivery turned out to be to be inside the front door only as I was told by the delivery guys that I had not selected the option of "to room of choice". I don't recall being offered that option by Amazon. In any event some gentle persuasion got the unit set in my wine room. Unpacking and setup went easily and after letting the unit sit for the recommended 12 hours, it started up and proceeded to cool to the set temps without an issue. Loading worked well but the advertised capacity is only applicable to the narrow style of bottle. Wider bottles will result in lower capacity. While the unit has two zones, my one criticism of the unit is that the selectable temps should be lower than 55 for the top zone and 50 for the lower. My wife likes her white wine well chilled and 50 is just too high. For us red wine needs to be served at 45 To my surprise this week they offered me a free one year extension of the standard warranty to two years. Hopefully this unit will turn out to be reliable and have a longer life than my Danbys which only lasted 3 and 5 years ... show more
