I bought this tree at my son’s request for his college dorm room, and it’s been a great addition to his holiday setup. As you can see by his “college life ornaments,” he made it his own. The tree itself is a perfect size for small spaces, like a dorm or apartment, and for the price, there’s no reason not to grab one if you need a compact tree. It was easy to assemble, and although it came with ornaments, my son decided not to use them. Even so, the value is still fantastic just for the tree itself. We did add an extra strand of cheap lights from the dollar store because the included LED string lights weren’t quite enough to fully illuminate the tree. The additional lights made it look much brighter and festive. The box the tree came in is small and compact, making it easy to store after the holidays—a big plus when you only have limited storage space in a dorm. The tree did shed a little while setting it up, but it wasn’t excessive, and no bare spots were noticeable. Cleanup was quick with a broom. Overall, this little tree is simple, affordable, and perfect for anyone needing a small and easy-to-store Christmas tree. This little tree was just what I needed. I wanted one on a table top because I have animals that would ruin a larger tree. This was ordered because it came with lights and decorations. The flaws: the stand broke and I was unable to fix so I put it in a basket and it looks cute. The lights didn’t work, the box for the battery was not put together correctly making it impossible to put a total of three batteries inside. So I left the lights off. The tinsel is really nice for my needs and the tree itself, although a little tough to match up and put together, looks nice. It is full when the limbs are pulled down. All in all, I am okay with this tree, it would be better if it wouldn’t have broken and if the lights worked, but it’s ok. I can buy a tiny string of lights if I feel the need. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Just like any other fake tree you need to twist manipulate and shape the branches. You don't want them all laying the same way. Adding curves as if they reach the sun. A little design work and this is as good as any other fake Christmas tree. You might want to put a couple dropsof super glue to secure the ends of the wrap string around the trunk for longevity. It was easy to cut the bottom of the star so that I had a hole it is very squishy and soft. To connect the two pieces move the branches around until you find the hole it's buried in there. If you don't see it you have a branch laying across it. But this thing is perfect, not the Charlie Brown Christmas tree I was afraid it was going to be. Perfect for tidy two bedroom apartment. Very pleased this didn't ruin Christmas. ... show more
