For many out there with the rectangular UNDERMOUNT Elkay 30" 50/50 at a 9" depth this is your perfect fit replacement sink. I know some folks like the 50/50 sink but I can't stand them. They suck.! Nothing of any large size will fit inside it for cleaning. Also the dual sink disposal on one side and regular drain on the other makes things underneath in the cabinet a bit of a pipe jungle. The craftsmanship and quality of the metal is superb and the price was reasonable. The large "big-box" retailer wanted 3x more for a similar sink. This sink also included the custom bottom grate, drain gaskets, sink fasteners, and drain assembly if you are not going to hook up a garbage disposal such as the In-sinkerator 1hp to the drain opening. Can't wait to install this set up along with a new disposal and faucet. Pro tip-- since you are replacing the sink the time and easy access will never be better for installing a new faucet and disposal. While there maybe a little extra labor charge for the faucet install; the disposal was going to have to be installed on the new sink anyway. Personally I would rather do everything at once instead of having to come back in a year or two and replace the previously used items. Think of it as buying 4 new tires instead of 2........ Amazon Prime utilized the USPS for delivery and everything was perfect.

The sink came in the most sturdy packaging. This sink was not ever going to get damaged during shipping unless to got run over. The sink is beautifully made and I can't wait to install it. I'm sure it's going to look amazing in my walk in prep pantry. Would highly recommend this seller.

We decided to buy this sink for our kitchen remodel. I wanted the “farmhouse sink” look without the added costs that come with that type of sink. Honestly, for the prices of sinks that are out these this one is a great deal! I’m very happy with this purchase. I went from a double bowl sink to a single bowl. The only thing is is a bit harder to keep clean. Since it’s so big, you will find that food and what not likes to get caught in the corners, so you are always using the hose on the faucet to spray it towards the drain. Other than that, it’s amazing. Washing my extra large pots and pans that don’t fit in the dishwasher is sooo much easier now. I don’t regret this purchase at all. I’m very happy with the look! The sink is quality, and looks great. I messed up on the install when drilling the holes for the retainer clips. I did not quite drill to the depth necessary and the screw anchor would slip out when tightening. Installed on granite that was already installed on the cabinets on an outdoor kitchen, so it was very difficult drilling those holes in an upward direction with very little space. But I do love this sink for my bar!

Beautiful sink but coming from a double sink to single it takes getting use to. Dislike the fact that sink radius is poor have to clean often and the strainer in the drain cause slow draining. Wanted to change out to a double but doesn't come in the same size as the single one. Over all great value for the money.

Wonderful product. Instructions could be better and template definitely needs to improve. If you buy this get a 32 inch cabinets at a minimum if you are going to do undermount. It says u can do it with a 30 inch but it is not possible unless you drill holes into the edge of the sink and use wafertek screws to make up for the tight space.
