I am very happy with the purchase. It's beautiful and it looks more expensive than it is. I like that they included extra crystals. The only problem is that they don't include instructions for the installation, but is not really difficult to do it.

Beautiful light- it's nice and bright. I maybe didn't read the details because I assumed the crystals would be acrylic or plastic but nope, they're real glass! It came with extras, which is awesome. I removed a star because it was missing some bolts but my electrician found a workaround.

The entire build of this black, 2 ring, 23 inch chandelier feels substantial and of good quality. The electrical wires are a covered single cord that is threaded up through the links and easily connects to existing ceiling wires. All necessary hardware is included. The chain links have an end that unscrews to make connecting easy. I didn't use the cloth cord covering. The round frame has sockets for 8, readily available, chandelier base E12 bulbs. I used LED bulbs. The bulbs are in between the two rings of crystals. The triangular clear glass crystals feel hefty especially compared to some cheaper crystals. A few crystals had minor chips, but more than enough extras were included. The silver tone wire hangers, they look like staples, are threaded through a hole in the end of each crystal and easily bent to secure, then hung individually through a hole in the two round frame rings, then the other end of the hanger is bent to secure. If you look closely at the attached photo, you can see the hanger attached to one end of a crystal, leaving plenty to push through the frame hole and to secure. It does take some time to prepare and hang the crystals, but the beautiful result is worth the effort. I sat on the floor, unwrapped all the crystals then secured the hooks to the all crystals placing them in a box. Then I took the box to the dining room table and hung the crystals. ... show more
