The quality of the materials is pretty good. The handles are made from rugged plastic. The product does what it says. Pushups are probably the number one, most effective muscle building and functional strength exercise there is. They work all the muscles of the front and abdominal core. How you grip changes the target. Although it works all muscle groups, using this board prevents cheating and incorrect muscle firing that could lead to joint injury. More importantly, it allows you to work harder parts that are weaker than the others. This is desirable from both a physique standpoint and from a functional one. This tool comes with a guide workout program. Even if you can't do a single pushup, simply holding the position halfway will still build up the muscles needed. Even for the weak and feeble, one pushup quickly becomes two then three then more. This exercise will build muscle especially combined with other functional muscle development. With this simple tool, you will get results.

I love this product and it definetly takes my home exercise game to a whole other level. I love the different groups of muscles you can work out on the different board holes and the fact that it counta reps for me ao i don't have to worry about that. Would definetly recommend it!

I got this to help me level up my home fitness routine and do some better pushups. It is very cheap, thin plastic. Very confusing and odd. It is not what I expected. I think you could get this off Temu for about four dollars.

I’ve been doing calisthenics for years, and this multifunctional push up board makes doing push-ups fun. But, make no mistake about it, it’s a great way to get a serious upper body workout using your own body weight. I love all the color coded variations of hand positions that target different muscle groups when performing your push-up, and the digital counter is a nice added bonus so that you can just focus on performing pushups and not counting reps. It’s is made of semi strong plastic, so it is not the most durable piece of equipment. But, I do think it’s worth the investment.
