    • Ink Spurted Out Everwhere
Each ink cartridge had instructions to peel the tape off, written instructions said the same. The ink spurted out onto everything in the vicinity including a scarf from Italy and my hands! I am very unhappy that I made this purchase. I want a refund from the manufacturer.

    • DO NOT UPDATE YOUR EPSON FIRMWARE!
On 2/18/2025 I made the mistake of updating my Epson XP-4105 firmware and now 3rd party (non-Epson) ink cartridges no longer work. Epson is apparently being sued over this issue. DO NOT BUY EPSON ANYTHING unless you want to pay 3X the cost of ink for the life of the printer. Also, DO NOT UPDATE YOUR EPSON FIRMWARE if you've been successfully using 3rd party ink cartridges... lesson learned. Not the Remanufacturers issue so I gave 3 stars. ... show more

This got delivered a few minutes ago. The package wasn’t sealed. I opened the box (no tape or seal of any kind) and one of the cartridges is just out in the box leaking. The other 3 are in separate clear bags but not the yellow one- has ink on it from where it’s leaked out and it’s all over the inside of the box. Not ok. ... show more
