The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because when it worked it was great detail and worked really well. I'm not sure what went wrong with it but I didn't even get through the sample pieces that came with it 😡. My husband reached out to the company and we have yet to hear back from them about it. For the price of this machine it's VERY disappointing that we can no longer use it let alone the customer service is crap! I will probably be returning this for a refund for it and the warranty I paid extra for!

Putting it together was super easy, and installing the program software too. I have had it 2 weeks now and still can’t learn the program. I searched youtube videos and follow the steps yet nothing is accomplished. If you are not very programs savy, I would NOT recommend this. Back to Cricut engraving 🤷🏻♀️

It works however, the software only allows you to etch not create. So if you purchase this item your going to need software to work with this item.
