UPDATE: Customer service was super helpful in helping me out with my situation mentioned below. The drill is great besides that, and I intend to return to this brand in the future. Thank you! --- Haven't gotten to use it yet, but it feels solid and I expect it to be great. Out of the box, the little plastic cover for the flashlight was shattered and that's a bummer. I don't want stuff getting into the drill from that spot. Would love to maybe get a replacement piece for that if it exists. Would be a 5 star otherwise.

It works well, but the switch for "tighten" and "loosen" is in a position where just holding the tool makes it switch. It is not locked in position strong enough not to switch unintentionally. Can the switch be made differently or does warranty apply to correct this problem?

Great driver, comes with sockets and a cheap material bag. I used this with my knockoff dewalt battery that was almost dead and it still worked to take really snug lug nuts off our old truck. price could be lower considering you can get a used real Dewalt cheaper

This impact wrench from AIDERAR is a nice tool. Priced at 1/3 the cost of a genuine Dewalt, this is a steal. Comes with a cary bag, 4 sockets and an extension. Uses Dewalt batteries which I have a LOT of. Feels pretty good in the hand and has plenty of power. Zero complaints. Well worth the asking price and easy to recommend.
