I own a ton of DeWalt batteries and since I cannot afford to only buy genuine DeWalt tools especially for specialty power tools, many times I end up buying 3rd party tools that are compatible with DeWalt 20V batteries. That’s because of the endless runtime I have with all the DeWalt batteries that I own. However, one thing I have learned over the years is that not all 3rd party DeWalt power tools are good quality. However, I have also bought many of them that ended up being very well-built tools that are still running perfectly fine even after years of heavy use. Since I never heard of the Zybaiiru brand, I wasn’t sure what to expect. So, I was really happy that it ended up being such a well-built and powerful buffer and polisher. I can usually immediately tell if a 3rd party power tool is cheaply made with how it feels in my hands when I first take it out of the box. And this buffer had a good sturdy feel and weight to it. And with cheaper tools, I usually have difficulty sliding my batteries into them, but my batteries slid in and out smoothly of the battery slot. But most importantly, it has a real strong motor and operated real smoothly, even on its highest speed. The speed can be adjusted to 8 different settings, which is a huge plus when it comes to buffing and polishing the exterior of your car. And it comes with everything you need to get started right away, except for polishing compound and wax. The set also comes with two of each pad. So, as you are in the middle of working with one pad, when it gets too hot, you can swap it out with the spare pad. That way you won’t end up ruining any one of your pads. And the pads are also a good size at 6 inches long in diameter. So, it’s not a tool that is meant to only buff and polish a small area but instead designed to buff and polish the entire exterior of your car. This really is a great quality car buffing and polishing tool that is priced really well at only $40. It includes everything you need to buff and polish the entire exterior of your car and it even includes sandpaper pads to sand rusty areas on your paint. My DeWalt batteries worked perfectly in it and the motor is real strong and it operates smoothly without making too much noise. I would definitely recommend it with 5 stars.

I already have a bunch of DeWalt 20V batteries from my other tools, so being able to use this polisher without needing a separate charger or dedicated battery was a big selling point for me. It's been a great addition to my car detailing setup. The brushless motor feels powerful and smooth, definitely more capable than I expected from a battery powered polisher compared to my old corded one. Having 8 speed settings up to 8000 RPM gave me a lot of flexibility, from light waxing at lower speeds to more aggressive compound work at higher speeds without needing multiple tools. Being cordless made a huge difference in maneuverability, I could move freely around my car without worrying about a cord getting tangled, catching on a wheel, or accidentally scratching the paint while adjusting my position. This alone made the job so much more efficient compared to dealing with a cord. The 6 inch pad size felt like a great all around size, big enough to cover larger panels efficiently like the hood and doors, but still maneuverable enough for tighter areas without feeling clunky or hard to control. The included 10 piece polishing kit was a nice bonus, giving me different pad options for various stages of polishing and waxing without needing to buy pads separately right away. It covered everything I needed for a full compound, polish, and wax session on my car. Build quality feels solid, not top heavy or awkward to hold for extended periods. The grip is comfortable, and I didn't experience much hand fatigue even after spending a good chunk of time working on a full car. Overall a great cordless polisher for anyone already invested in the DeWalt battery platform. Powerful, versatile, and convenient without a cord getting in the way. Would definitely recommend for DIY detailers looking to upgrade from a corded polisher.

If you already have DeWalt 20V MAX batteries in your garage, this cordless buffer polisher is a really smart pickup. It runs off the same battery platform so there are no extra chargers to buy and you can swap batteries with your other tools if one runs low mid-project. The brushless motor is the main selling point here. Brushless motors run cooler, last longer, and require basically no maintenance compared to brushed versions. For a polisher this matters because these things generate heat and brushed motors can degrade faster with regular use. The motor is also quieter than I expected, which makes it nicer to work with in a garage or driveway setting. The 6-inch pad size is a solid choice for most car polishing jobs. It is large enough to cover area efficiently but still manageable on tighter spots like bumpers and around mirrors. The 8-speed range goes from about 1000 RPM up to 8000 RPM, which gives you good control whether you are applying wax, removing light scratches, or doing a more aggressive polish. The random orbital design is beginner-friendly. It does not stay in one spot the way a rotary polisher does, which means it is much harder to burn through clear coat if you are not experienced. The 9mm orbit felt smooth and consistent during use. The 10-piece pad kit is a genuinely useful inclusion. You get foam pads for different stages of polish and correction, which means you can go from cutting compound to finishing wax without buying extra accessories. This polisher feels solid but surprisingly light in the hand. It's great being able to use it without a cord dragging around, especially when moving around a car in the driveway. The compatibility with my existing DeWalt 20V batteries is a big plus since I already have a few of those charged up and ready to go. The brushless motor runs pretty quiet, which is nice when you're working in the garage for a bit. It's got plenty of power for different jobs. Having multiple speed settings really helps dial in the right RPM for waxing or getting out some scratches, depending on what I'm doing. The orbital action makes a real difference. It spreads the pressure out well, so there's no worry about putting swirls into the paint, even if you're not a pro. The big pad covers a good area, making the job go faster without heating things up too much. It comes with a decent set of pads and covers, so it's ready to go right out of the box. I have quite a few Dewalt 20V batteries for various tools and was looking for a buffer to go along with the rest of the tools. Decided to try this one. The brushless motor is the game changer. It feels noticeably stronger and quieter than I expected from a cordless tool, was smooth throughout the speed range. With 8 speed settings (roughly 1000–8000 RPM) I could set things way down for spreading wax and sealant, then crank it up for cutting through light oxidation or swirl marks, all without switching tools. The 6-inch pads hit a good middle ground: big enough to move quickly across hoods and doors, small enough to still work around mirrors and tighter trim. It's a random orbital/dual-action design rather than a rotary, so it's fairly forgiving if you're not an expert detailer. The included pad kit covers compounding, polishing, and finishing, so you can go from correction to wax in one sitting without buying extras. I have a collection of both new and old various volt Dewalt batteries, including the 20V needed for the Zybaiiru 6-inch brushless cordless buffer polisher. Over the years, I've tried several lesser-known power tool brands at significantly lower prices, but many have either underperformed or failed to last. In contrast, this orbital polisher impresses with its performance and compatibility with both branded and generic buffer supplies. While it may not have the sleek design of my Dewalt polisher, the Zybaiiru model is robust and delivers comparable results. I notice no difference in performance when using them side by side, and it’s slightly lighter, which is a plus. The Dewalt 20V battery fits seamlessly, sliding in and out with ease. The standout feature is its powerful motor, which operates smoothly. Additionally, the Zybaiiru Cordless Buffer Polisher kit comes with ten pads and accessories, including flat sponge pads for general use, wavy sponge pads for tougher jobs, wool pads for a deeper shine, cloth pads for finishing touches, and sandpaper for surface prep, all designed with hook-and-loop tape for quick changes.

This cordless polisher has been a great addition to my detailing tools. It works with DeWalt 20V batteries, and the battery fits securely with no looseness, feeling just like it belongs there. The brushless motor runs smoothly and surprisingly quietly while still providing plenty of power when pressure is applied during polishing. It offers eight adjustable speed settings with a clear digital display, making it easy to dial in the right speed for polishing, waxing, or light correction. One feature I really appreciate is the simple on/off button instead of having to hold a trigger the entire time, which makes longer polishing sessions much more comfortable. The included stabilizing handle makes it easy to control the polisher with two hands when working on more detailed areas, and the lightweight design keeps it easy to maneuver around the vehicle without causing fatigue. It comes with a generous assortment of polishing pads and accessories, including higher-grit sanding discs, so everything needed to get started is included except for the battery.
