Pro: I actually didn't know about all of these types of earrings even though I had my ear lobes pierced over 40 years ago in one of those Mall type stores that used a special piercing gun for free when you purchased one of their 14K gold plated stud ball earrings. I had fleshy thick earlobes and it took a long time for them to heal compared to my friends. I had to leave them in nearly every day and night because they would tend to close up after a month or two even if I used french hook types of earrings. I can't tell you how many times I've lost expensive earrings that would fall out because I had long hair that would catch on one of them. Usually just one of them would fall out and I wouldn't realize it until I had returned home! I switched to screw type earrings and even the latch types but they would still hurt and cause my earlobes to swell after a few hours. After awhile, I gave up wearing them at night because the stem would protrude and stab my cheek because I'm a side sleeper. I slept much better without them! Fast forward to 2025: Amazon's Rufus A.I. educated me on everything I never knew about how times had changed! It turned out to be not only accurate, but happily life changing for my ability to finally wear a comfortable earring 24/7. I've been using these flat back style earrings for nearly a week now and they never once have fallen out, caused any swelling or irritation, and they came in 3 different size variety packet! I had no idea what size to get so Rufus confirmed that this set would likely be perfect for my several earlobe issues. Ha! Absolutely a bargain purchase for me. I am happy to recommend these for any man, woman, or child that enjoys a bit of sparkle. They are interchangeable backs, but crystal part comes in 3 different sizes depending upon where you would like to place them. I used to have a second piercing, but that closed up many decades ago. If I still had them open, this set of 3 different pairs would have been beautiful and comfortable. Con: Bearing in mind that I'm quite old now, have long fingernails, and can barely see anything even with eyeglasses, I was not able to see well enough to put these in by myself. Fortunately, my boyfriend was able to assist me with inserting both the tube and the thin, tiny stem that slides inside this training wheels type of earring for me. Okay, laugh, but I really do like wearing them 24/7!

It’s pretty and fits nice. For being threadless it holds strong and doesn’t feel likes it’s gonna fall out. I got it in pretty easy especially with the threading needle. I got these for my Medusa piercing and to replace some of my ear piercings as well. They look great! Easy to use, and come with a needle taper to make it easy to insert from behind- and I’ve had them in for weeks now, shower with them in and they haven’t changed at all! 10/10 would buy again, the metal quality sold me!

I bought these for my four month old because the earrings that were used when she got her ears pierced kept falling out. When I went to put these in, I was a bit surprised when I found out they weren’t screw on, they were just push on so I was a little bit skeptical on how they would stay in her ears. I’ve had them in her ears for a little over a week now they haven’t even attempted to get loose or fall out. I was also pleasantly surprised when I opened the packaging and It had an extra post/guide that made changing her earrings from the old ones to the new ones a breeze. Once they were in her ears, I immediately noticed how sparkly White the little studs are, they’re absolutely beautiful for the price. Lastly I was worried about if they would work with her sensitive ears and I’ve had zero issues with possible infection. I would recommend these to anybody with Littles that need a nice earring that stays in the ear and will work with sensitive ears. I’ve actually placed an extra set of these in my Amazon cart to purchase for myself. Do your self a favor and just buy them you won’t regret it!

Decent quality and it comes with the threader to help you easily put the earrings on. The posts are really long though, especially on largest stud. It makes the earring stick out from the actual piercing, which is an unattractive look. For some reason, the smaller studs don't have that issue and actually sit flush on the ear. Also, I don't think the screw top mechanism is very secure. I get that the stones are CZ, but they could be shinier.
