In the app is showing the wrong location and is says... The device is offline. I tried everything and still not working. Have been many days and the device shows wrong location. 14 miles away while the watch is beside me Update***Customer service has been very helpful and pretty good with the communication. The watch is relatively easy to set up and figure out. But that’s about it. The connection on the service is spotty at best. You can add users, but contacts need to have the app added to be able to text the watch. The watch only allows a voice message to be sent. The location is never correct. You cannot buy a replacement charging cord. It’s sufficient to test my daughter’s responsibility before I decided on a phone, but I honestly wish I wouldn’t have bought this. It’s not as good as the other reviews make it out to be though. I’d think twice about buying.

Very cheap make, meaning extremely fragile. The app is horrible. Doesn't pick up signals and TMobile has no coverage issues where I reside. Most of the positive reviews are from vine customers so they were in a way incentivesed to give good reviews. Returning it.

I bought this watch for my 8 yr old son for Christmas. He's riding his bike around the neighborhood and getting more adventurous so wanted to get him something we could track/communicate with him. First off, the App is not user friendly for adults. Second, the app would for some reason try to show my location (which wasn't right) to begin with, and never would show the watch's location. Third the App is Chinese which makes me suspicious these days. Fourth, I had to install the SIM card myself and activate. The watch itself seems pretty nice, but is not as user friendly for an 8 yr old as it should be. Last this watch does not connect to Wifi. There are better options in the same price range that hit on all these needs: accurate tracker, easy to text/call, simple app, and easy setup. Skip this one....the positive reviews are all Amazon Vine.

I was disappointed with location accuracy. It shows at least 200-300 ft away from real location. Maybe there's a problem with SpeedTalk sim card. You can chat only through an app by voice messages (parents can also text, kid no). Anyway my kid is happy that he has it and can call us. As a first gadget we decided to keep it.

Terrible battery life!!! Cannot figure out how to set up anything as it didn't come with instructions just the Sim and I did all that and pay for the plan. Never could figure out how to add contacts, see GPS. Or send messages absolutely nothing. I cannot even get the watch out of military time ... HORRIBLE!!! GOING TO BE RETURNING THIS POS!
