This was my first purchase of a grow tent. I like to get a jump start on starting some of my plants ahead of time before the spring thaw. The tent did take a bit of effort getting it together as its a really tight fit on the frame. Other than the initial frame/tent assembly, everything else is pretty simple, just takes a little time getting it together the way you want it. You get everything you need to have a fully automated tent. It comes with the tent, ventilation/filter, timer, grow bags, and the lighting. The lighting is terrific, its easily adjustable and OMG is it intense - better have the sunglasses if you turn it up more than halfway. I have had the tent for more than a year now and its still like brand new even after multiple items grown in it over the year. If you want a good starter kit with everything you need, this is definitely worth a try. I would highly recommend it to all you growers out there.

The Mars tent kit was a great addition for my hobby growing. Keep it clean and it works like a charm. Recommend placing it on a platform to isolate it from floor temperatures.

After reading reviews of all tent brands, I went with the Mars hydro because it sounded the best. The quality is unbelievable! No light leaks and the zipper is really sturdy! Some reviews said it was to hard to put on or didn't even fit the frame. We watched a few videos to see what others did. One point that was made if the tent didn't fit your frame, you didn't have the frame poles pushed in enough. But what was nice about the Mars tent was the poles had the pins that pop into each other so you know they were where they needed to be. We laid the frame on its side, put the bottom in first, then the top. No pulling and fighting to get it on and it fit like a glove! I bought the kit and everything looks well made. Light is bright, filter fan is quiet. Will update once I start growing!

I was under the impression that this was a "smart" grow system and everything could be monitored through your phone with Mars Hydro app. Only the light has "smart" technology. The exhaust fan and temperature/humidity gauge are not. That being said, the system works well and my first time grow is doing fantastic using the old school technology of self monitoring and manual fine tuning the equipment by hand. I didn't even bother to use the Mars Hydro app. The tent is well made, good zipper and no light leaks. The exhaust fan and light are very good quality. The exhaust fan is fairly quiet and there is little to no smell outside the tent. The light is the star in this set up, super good quality and my plants are flourishing under it. Would've been nice if they included an oscillating circulation fan as this is a must have item, which I've seen included in other kits.

This kit is a great value for the money. The tent is well-made good quality material. It’s easy to put together. However, it is a bit short for a full-size plant. The light is light weight and doesn’t heat up as much so I have better temperature control inside the tent while still being able to provide the right amount of light. I found the digital thermometer/humidity meter to be a little bit difficult to program due to sub par instructions. The fan is not too loud if it’s inside the tent but could be loud outside the tent especially on high speed. The ducting fit very snuggly over the opening of the carbon filter and I had to cut it a little bit to make it wide enough to get it over the opening. I am happy with my purchase overall.

Well I like it but if you buy it know the light is not appropriate. No matter how high you raise the lights it burns the plant you really need a light you can dim. I'm fighting a serious fight right now. Not mention missing pieces. It was kinda wrong to offer mee 10 dollars .this was a mistake I think

People are saying its easy to set up, but there's no instruction manual. As someones first time setting it, thats not fun. I'm searching all over the internet and there's videos of outdated tech. There are no clamps! It should come with some, because your videos show them and it would make sense seeing how its a FULL kit.
