Item arrived well-packed in a non-Apple box. Inside, there was the laptop and a non-Apple power adapter of equivalent wattage. The laptop fits the “Good” condition description — it has some scratches that are visible from more than 12 inches away. My biggest issue is the keyboard, which shows heavy use; a few keys have permanent marks that cannot be removed. I was expecting an “Excellent” condition product, hence the 3-star rating. That said, it still offers good value for the money. The cosmetic issues are easy to forget during use, and the upgraded storage and RAM make the price worthwhile. Additionally, although not mentioned in the listing, mine came with more than 12 months of AppleCare+. Battery health shows 100%. Overall, I am satisfied. ... show more
