It is a useless pretty thing. I can't even get Netflix on it. It's operating system is slow. It works slower than than a snail on Sunday morning! Screen is pretty, but you can't use it! It's light weight, but you can't use it! Scratch resistant, but it stays in the box because you can't use it! Touch sensitivity SUCKS! The media could not be loaded. We just purchased this for an upcoming trip to use as a way for our 8 yr old to watch shows and for us to use if we need to send emails etc. We love the fact it came with the cover, keyboard, mouse, & pen. We have installed a micro-sd for extra storage and installed apps and downloaded content just fine so far. We will give any relevant updates after we use it more. The case works as a stand and it and the keyboard seem sturdy. Setup worked fine. It's not as fast as a laptop etc, but does seem to be as described! Our daughter loves the pink color! ... show more

OK so I thought this was a great buy because of all the things that it came with it had the case the keyboard and the pen but the tablet itself is kind of lackluster what I mean by that is it runs slow it glitches a lot and media does not load the way it supposed to on the tablet I just think that it has a very powerful chip inside. It is upgraded to the latest android OS but even with that it still bad the display is like a 2010 display screen. All the colors are washed out and it’s blurry videos are not in clear picture when they do play even when you set it to a higher resolution so unfortunately so yeah it’s not that loud either so unfortunately I would have to say don’t get this. Go ahead and pass on this for something more of a better quality , this is something I would not rep purchase ... show more

The screen is good size and looks decent, but though the keyboards barely ever work and haven't been able to get the mouses to work eiter. And, charging is slow and doesn't hold a charge for very long. Bought 2 of these for my granddaughters and 1 of them melted at the charging port after only 2-3 uses. Amazon replaced it right away but then the replacement was worse! We had to do a factory reset on it cuz it wouldn't do anything after 1 week of use cuz it kept shutting off even with full charge. Lucky I still hadn't returned the old one yet cuz I had to pry the broken charger out of that and switch it out. Sooooo now I use a different charger and it seems to work, but still slow to charge and quick to drain the charge. AND my SD card got stuck in there and it's not reading the card! It's okay for the price for kids but I still feel like I wasted my money. The other granddaughters works fine so far but the one who uses it the most it's been problem after problem! Wouldn't waste my money on this tablet. Spend the extra 20 bucks for a little better one. ... show more
