Upgrade Arm airbag Segmented Massage easy to put your hand on the chair and difficult to slip out, this is the difference between other massage chairs on line .There are 12+ pre-programmed massage modes that focus on different areas of your body: feet, lower lumbar, upper back, etc. Still undecided on which mode is my favorite. Backlight LED Screen make it even better, Love that you can turn the heat on or off, as well as adjust the timer on each massage mode.
