First one I ordered started flickering and exhibited battery failure before rows of LED's stopped working. Since this happened within the return window, I asked for a replacement. The replacement has not fared any better, lasting a couple weeks longer. Both were not used more than once a day. This product is extremely low quality and overpriced. This is essentially a scam to take your money and leave you with a nonfunctional product. Avoid!

As others have mentioned, my favorite thing about this one is how compact it is and how easily it can be used around small areas such as wrists, ankles, arms etc. The wrap around design makes it easy to focus on something else while the device is on. So it is convenient and efficacy wise it has a decent amount and quality of LEDs - since its close to / touches the treatment area its powered enough to be effective. I have been only using it as a recovering aid after workouts etc and I think it does help slightly but I do recognize that it can vary person to person and could be placebo. At around $30 its not bad to give red light a try.

My dad uses this on his lower back at times when he just cannot get comfortable, and it really works nicely. Doesnt take away his pain but makes it a little more bearable which means a lot. Nice product.

Should have followed the other reviews. Several rows of lights stopped working after one user. Got a replacement. Several rows on second one stopped working after two uses

The first one I ordered stop working after 3 tries. I was sent a new one only used this one once so far. I’ll just keep and see what happens

I have been using this red light therapy belt on my neck and it has helped some. My neck muscles tend to get tight and this light helps me relax those muscles. It feels like they recover faster too. I find the battery pack a little awkward to have hanging from my neck, so I got one of those velcro cable ties and rigged it so it's not pulling on the belt.

So it's nice and warm but I'm not sure it's doing anything other than providing gentle heat to areas you feel pain. I'm of an age to get occasional aches and pains so i treat this more like a small heating pad than any kind of miracle device.
