1. Great performance for the price 2. The smallest tip is just right for the crevice under the nostrils 3. Longevity seems good so far Following the directions is important to get the most from this vac. You need to open your pores! If you use it on cold, closed pores of course it won't work ideally. That is not the products fault, but the users! Some things I have found that may be useful to you: Wash your face with good soap and hot water first. Do not apply warm or cool water, because that will close your pores quickly. When you just get out of a hot shower is perfect, too. With your pores open, and face slightly wet (for lubrication) use one hand to pull your skin taught while using the other to operate the tool. Then begin on whatever the most tolerable vacuum level you decide. I go right to level 3 most times. Apply the tip to your target area, and gently "rake" up and down, allowing the water to help the tip glide and prevent abrasion. Raking up and down with the tip angled into the area allows the radius on the tip to mobilize the blackhead and oils behind it, kind of like how you squeeze out a toothpaste tube. When it becomes dry, use hot water to lube your skin again, and just keep raking it in various locations. You will eventually end up with a big pile of crud inside the tip. It's amazing, and disgusting, yet addictive to use because it is so effective! Charging with a USB wall-plug in my bathroom. Good battery life: has never stopped or slowed while I've used it. The only complaint I have is the ergonomics, and where they placed the control button. Due to the button location, I have accidentally changed suction levels during use. The way it fits in my hand most comfortably places my thumb right on the control button. Great price, fun and effective tool for your face routine! Hands-down better than the pore-strips, in my opinion.

I was so excited for this! It doesn't really pull any type of blackheads out, it just kinda gathers gunk as you roll it around your face. Which I could do with just washing my face. But it bruised my face with deep purple bruising everywhere I used it so that's disappointing. And to add insult to injury, when I went to pull the little head off to clean it, the whole thing broke in my hand. The printing on the box is all misspelled and in disjointed English that makes no sense. I'm shocked that this is rated as high as it is. Yikes.

Like some of the customers before me mentioned, I find only one of the included tips to be effective for my skin. Similar to those reviewers, I also broke mine while cleaning it. The company offered to send me a replacement last month. But I haven't received it yet. I don't have experience with devices like this so I have no way to judge the suction power. I do know that I have not been able to make a bruise except by leaving the tip in one spot for more than 60 seconds. I am fortunate to make use of the attachments from a hand-held microdermabrasion unit on this device. The other attachments are slightly bigger than these, so I added a rubber band around the base of this machine & hold the unit by the attachment when I use it. Looks really dumb and lacks any ease-of-use / convenience but it exfoliates more deeply than I've been able to do manually &/ with a sonic brush. So I keep at it. I have not succeeded in getting this device to extract much from my skin - but as to scratching off the layer of dead skin and cleansing oil I use on my face, it does. My skin looks much fresher. Fingers crossed that I eventually receive the replacement attachment which is easier to use than the Frankenstein I rigged.

It was new, not used. It was packaged and sealed. There were so many to choose from. I chose this one because of suction, things I didn’t need. Quick delivery. Unit was new, packaged and sealed for hygiene purposes. It worked perfectly. The attachments were varied and well thought out. The neoprene ring held the attachments securely and provided a tight seal. I found if there was nothing under the skin, the unit sensed it and separated from skin. The first day I was able to remove foreign bodies from two scooter accidents. Question from a customer. I did not receive any filters, they weren’t advertised either. I also have a rare boring insect. I use it to pull them out and destroy them. Perfect pocket. I have the older model. Really satisfied. To the person who sent the question. Think of it as a throwaway item. Blood and other stuff goes in the machine. I use 91% alcohol to clean it. The answer came when I dropped it. The top came off. I put it back on but that should be cleaned. Also, keep away from eyes and ears.

The instructions for use are in the tiniest possible print on the back of the box. There are multiple dangerous-looking probes included, with no clue of what they are for, or how to use them. Nothing is said about cleaning the device. There are many many words in fractured English, which end up saying nothing useful beyond that if you suck too hard in one spot, you'll get redness, Well, yeah. i have a few tiny blackheads on my left cheek, probably because I sleep on that cheek, so I thought maybe a vaccuum device could clean them out with the least damage. This thing does have impressive sucking power right out of the box, but I'm almost afraid to try it because, well, I have no clue HOW to accomplish the goal with the least damage, the whole point of my purchase!
