The media could not be loaded. This MacBook came in pristine condition with no issues. I have had it about a week now and it functions as it should. There are a few cosmetic scratches on the top but they aren’t very noticeable, especially with a case on them!

Don’t order from this company. M3 Pro came loosely packed in a thin box. After 10 min of use the computer crashed and rebooted. The crash report indicated that the computer shut off due to “Kernel Panic” indicating a serious problem. Do they even test thier products? Called Amazon and they deferred me to Kanga who then said they could do absolutely nothing for me and sent me back to Amazon. Major inconvenience and colossal waste of time. So far, I have to admit I was skeeeeeptical!!! I bout it in "excellent " condition and I am beyond words. It's brand new. I guess I got lucky.. I will update if ANYTHING is wrong but it's beautiful.
