This gun safe was purchased for storing firearms and ammo and it is functional and adequate safe for the money. My situation was fortunate and the safe was protected with packaging protection. In addition to the large safe, this set also included keys, backup battery pack for the electronics, and wall mounting anchors. The anchors are decent quality, and when anchored to the wall in the holes, this safe will stays very firmly up against the wall eliminating the titling or rocking. The locking pins are not visible or shimmable or pryable so the door is pretty sturdy. The foam block in the back which sets your firearms off the back wall is of shallow depth and cannot accommodate a scoped firearm easily. The butt of the stock has to be kicked out all to the front edge of the safe to fit scoped rifles. My preference would be to add a little bit more foam in the bottom to prevent stock damage. Upon initial opening, I had to remove one of the hex bolts using the included L shaped wrench and then swivel the silver key plate cover to access the emergency physics key lock. Once opening you can access the battery cover at the top of the door. The top shelf is adjustable with many height clicks to choose from. The door also has pockets which was a key difference when checking other models. There are two methods to program, the numeric keypad code and biometric fingerprint codes are allowed for this model. The media could not be loaded. We have kiddos at home so keeping our pistols and rifles locked away is an absolute necessity. I had needed something large to store some rifles I inherited, so I purchased this gun safe. It was definitely what I needed, and I enjoy the way it looks and how much space it has for storing stuff.it can hold up to 8 rifles and 3 or more pistols. I like that it has an adjustable shelf and pockets in the door that work perfectly for handguns. The setup and assembly are simple, and it's simple to follow the directions as well. Th rifle safe is designed with biometric , keypad and spare keys for 1S quick access and also included an external battery box that you can use if your combo batteries go out and you need to get in the safe. The safe can store up to 100 different sets of fingerprints . This safe is quite large and measures 57.08”(H) x 13.38”(D) x 13.77”(W). It weighs 112 pounds. It is made of 78mm ultra-thick alloy pry-resistant . It Came with pre-drilled holes and mounting hardware for installing it or it could just sit in a closet. The safe is also fire resistant. DO NOT BUY THIS SAFE!! Instructions are terrible, no where in the included directions does it tell you have to open the locked safe for the first time. I finally found a video on line. It states to remove the emergency keyhole cover with the included tool. Problem is the tool does not fit the screws, it just stripped the heads out. I e-mailed the company every day for 10 days asking what to do know, and still have not gotten a reply. Now I have a huge paperweight, since I cannot put any guns in it. Wish I had listened to all the reviews I read telling me NOT to buy this gun safe. ... show more

I invested several hours across several days looking for a Rifle Gun Safe with just the right features at just the right price. No matter how much I looked, I could not find a product that even came close to the features of this TOLEBLID Extra Large Biometric Rifle Gun Safe. The value for the price seemed almost too good to be true, so I contacted the seller. To my surprise, I received almost an immediate response and my questions were all answered. Unfortunately, just when I was ready to make my purchase the item went out-of-stock on Amazon. I contacted the seller again and was assured they would be available again very soon. In just a very few days, they indeed were back in stock and I placed my order. The shipment arrived promptly by FedEx Ground, but I was disappointed to find the safe was dented in several places (see attached photos). This was no fault of the seller, but when I contacted them with this information, they were kind enough to make price concessions to compensate me for the shipping damage. Now, let me tell you about the safe. What a bargain! This safe is very attractive and well made for the price. It also features multiple methods to open it -- by key, by PIN, and by fingerprint -- features you typically do not find at this price. Programming the PIN and fingerprint was slightly challenging, but once programmed, they both worked flawlessly. The inside is spacious and is lined with a very nice carpet to protect your weapons. Plenty of storage for your rifles, pistols, ammunition and magazines. This safe is no lightweight! At 112 pounds, there is definitely some steel in this safe. Not sure how long it could maintain fireproof status, because it is not double-walled, but the sheet metal used in the construction of this safe is heavy gauge and good quality. I would challenge you to find a better rifle gun safe at this price and you cannot go wrong with this Amazon seller. ... show more

I contacted the seller by the email address found in the instructions. No response. I then contacted Amazon who was no help. Not able to set the lock code or finger print codes. The instructions were followed but are not very clear. Then there is some damage that appears to be from the manufacturer. Trying to find out if they would offer a partial refund rather then return it. ... show more
