I am retired so bought this computer for personal use. It works okay BUT the keyboard is terrible. The lettering on the keys is thin and is thinly etched in the key in a slightly darker color than the key. This makes it hard to read the keys without bright light.     • Low battery life/no warranty
When I opened the warranty tab on the laptop it says that the warranty expired 2weeks before I even purchased it!!! The battery only lasts a few hours even when in sleep mode!! I knew better than to purchase hp should have trusted my gut instinct!!

    • Its stopped working after 4 months of buying it. DONT BUY IT
I bought this in October 2022 and its has so many glitches. Every time I turn it on it stops working after 30 min. I tried to get the insurance and its saying that it expired. I feel the seller is selling old products. I don't recommend buying it from this seller.

I don't usually write reviews but felt it was necessary to write this one. The laptop functions well, color is nice, friendly to use, but the battery is one of the worst I have ever had. I fully charged the computer yesterday and came into day with 40% battery life left. This is the only laptop I have had that I have had to charge every day to use. HP must do better with this, especially for those of us who use for work and travel with our laptops, and it is not very convenient to have to worry about having to find somewhere to charge my laptop all the time. ... show more

    • Not HPs finest hour
First off, none of my criticism is all HPs fault. I over looked some things but...HP has been a staple company in my life for 30 years and this laptop isn't a high point. I don't care what anyone says about AMD Graphics. This laptop could not handle WAS titled like Destiny 2 or other new games. This laptop does NOT have backlighting. The keyboard has silver keys in a silver chassis with SLIGHTLY darker grey characters. In short: if you look at the KB like me when you type, you're screwed. In dim light the keys are invisible. The KB has a LOT of flex. Feels cheap. The kicker: no Ethernet port. Are you serious, HP? Bought for my niece and had to return. I'm not saddling anyone with this. ... show more
