I was a little nervous buying a secondhand Mac, I have heard so many horror stories about refurbished items and I was extremely hesitant. However I received this item (a day late bc of UPS) it is in perfect condition. The first thing I checked was the battery and I was hoping for a replaced battery BUT the battery still has over 90% life and it's only been through 80 cycles. The overall condition of the Mac was pretty good. From what I noticed there are 0 scratches or dents on the computer on its own. The only thing I noticed was the battery life being where it is, however still a very good sale in general. The functionality of the Mac is still as if it was brand new and straight from Apple Park, no noticeable bottlenecking or slow speeds for the older M2 chip. The Design is just the basic Macbook Pro Design. Overall an amazing purchase would 100% buy from this third party again. ... show more

Cannt complain, the laptop came in great condition but the charger it came with did not work so I had to buy a 3rd party 65w charger, I still use it today but my one regret is not getting one with more ram, but the battery life is good though.

I bought the M2 16gb 512gb laptop from this company in "acceptable" condition. When buy "acceptable" condition I'm expecting it to be scratched up and dented but the only mark I could find was from where an old sticker used to be, absolutely blow away at this point. The one thing I did notice was the left side shift key was sticky so I removed it and hit it with some isopropyl to clean it up and now this thing is working 100% with a flawless chassis. I've pretty much always been a Windows user (specifically HP when it comes to my laptops). I still have a Windows PC at home. However, in terms of productivity and ease of connectivity between devices, I think Apple take the win almost for sure. That being said, I did some research and had a budget in mind. While Apple products are great, I can't always justify paying almost a month's rent for a new device. Hence why I was originally looking at the new MacBook Neo. After researching a little more though, I wasn't completely certain that the Neo could handle everything that I may want to do with it and started looking at alternatives. Enter this '22 MacBook Pro. So far, it's run beautifully, and sometimes I feel like I have to remind myself that this is technically a "used" laptop. It loads everything incredibly quick for a laptop that technically supposed to be 4 years old at this point. Screen is great. Because it's a Pro, it does weigh a little more (honestly the laptop feels incredibly dense), but I think it's worth it. I think the icing on the cake was that I could buy this laptop with what I would consider better performance/abilities for the same price as a Neo AND while the original delivery date was supposed to be in two weeks, this laptop popped up in about 4 days or so.
