This review is not about the iPad Air 5th generation (2022). It is about the stellar quality of this Amazon Renewed product and the incredible value I found in purchasing a refurbished device. The iPad arrived in a generic box that was in a well-protected outer package. I inspected it immediately and found no scratches or dents that would have caused me to return it. The included accessories were not Apple accessories, but they are compatible and they do not cause the iPad to complain. The device charges fine, has 100% of the original battery life, and is impossible to tell that it was refurbished. There were no device lockouts that I had to worry about. I was able to purchase this Amazon Renewed iPad with WiFi + 5G (unlocked) and 256 GB of RAM for the same price as a new iPad with just the WiFi + 5G option. I purchased the iPad with the Asurion 4 year plan because the only real drawback to buying an Amazon Renewed iPad is that you cannot get AppleCare for it. However, even with the Asurion 4 year plan I still spent less than I would have had I bought the same model brand new. In fact, it’s like I got the 256 GB memory upgrade for free! ... show more
