It came in 3 days, and straight from the box it gave an easy setup, with minimal effort. This laptop exceeded my expectations especially based on the price. The laptop came undamaged, with a nice screen and comfortable keys. The quality is amazing and has great preformance and speed. This computer seemed to work okay for first 30-60 days. Then it got slower and slower, I figured it was my fault and tried to clean it, reboot it, etc. Got frustrated and stared using old computer figuring when I had more time I'd figure out what was wrong with it. I’ll say the bad stuff first. I don’t know what to do with these PC laptops. I watch a movie and there’s icons all over the screen. You know the rewind, the pause, It comes with battery saving settings—that is to say, the screen was dim and the sound was quiet, even though I had them both at 100%. It took some googling—ugh, I mean Binging—and about an hour trying to figure out how to get a nice bright picture and sound I could hear from across the kitchen. But it’s fine now.
