# Bought it for 500$ not really worth at 600+ # update added 2.5 inch ssd for bulk storage and changed wifi card to ax200 really good work machine overally. Usually when you get something that is cheapest in its category you get something really bad, barely reasonably but when you pay the least possible your expectations are really low. In this case I was very deeply impressed the overall package is not half bad. If you consider this as normal laptop it is great and added bonus of GPU that can actually game it becomes excellent product. For comparison it is about 20% slower than 1050ti desktop. I mostly use this for programming plus gaming on the go and it works really well. The keyboard is avarage travel and very light but positive click(ish) males it good for my taste(i run cherry mx red for my main setup) trackpad is excellent one of the best I've seen in cheap laptop it is very smooth and does not attract too much oil its also very wide so win10 gestures work well. I easily get 5+ hours of work on nearly max brightness. To be fair max brightness is not great at all barely goes past 200 nits. One really good thing is that the 2.5 hdd bay comes with cabling and bracket installed so no worries about adding more storage.(I would rather have 2 m.2 s but we are not there yet) Consider adding another 4gb because integrated AMD processor reserves 2gb for itself even though we don't use it for gaming that is the biggest and by far the only bad thing about this product. Do not expect to get great gaming value for cost on this laptop you can get more than double performance from 1660ti for 1000$ but for the cheapest option for actual competent gaming this is very impressive.

I have a family member that hasn't had a computer in years. I thought I'd buy her this to keep her entertained. It arrived in a very secure box that looked perfect and as new/although it is a referb. Upon opening everything was perfect! If there were any "issues" cosmetically we sure did not see them. Everything seemed to be as new and perfect! Very professionally packaged. I bought this because EVERYONE uses "Chrome" and it is self updating. It arrived, we set it up. have a "mac" and I was unsure of the speed and quality of this machine. After set up/which wasn't hard/I tested this computer and was amazed at the screen quality and sound. I opened several tabs while playing an online movie and everything worked perfectly! This has very limited memory and RAM. However My cousin uses this for surfing the web,watching movies,facebook,ect...and everything works flawlessly! She doesn't use this for editing photo's or storing pictures, so the size of the memory does not affect her. If you are looking to get online and browse, have fun, watch online movies, this is perfect! The 90 day return warranty backed by Amazon is what sold me, and the overall impression of this laptop is what made me leave this review. As I read others reviews/as I am writing this/of the "mouse-track pad issue- for a few bucks you can add a wireless mouse. The overall quality of this is awesome!!

I am extremely disappointed with the Chromebook (HP Chromebook 14a-na0031wm) I received. This product was advertised as reliable, but the reality is the opposite. The touchscreen is defective and causes random touches, making the laptop almost unusable. The build quality is very poor — cables and components inside are fragile and not well assembled. The product does not meet the expectations set in the description and feels misleading. For the price, this is unacceptable. I expected a functional, durable Chromebook, not a machine that creates more problems than solutions. This was a waste of money and time. I strongly request a full refund or replacement immediately. If not resolved, I will escalate this case with Amazon and leave a detailed negative review to warn other buyer

This is my second Chromebook My previous was cellular connect but sadly die on me and couldn’t find another one. But this is perfect for me not only is super fast the both time is on seconds only the performance is great I do everything on this, light weight and easy to carry is excellent to take on the road And the battery life is good several hours before die No touch scream on this model but I don’t feel the need to use that option. The trackpad is very response and the screen definition full HD is great Overall I do recommend this product for catching up with your favorites website movies Netflix etc Almost forgot I got this one for the game play steam and I wasn’t disappointed it handles well those games Sadly the steam service is going to be shut down next year but nevertheless it performs as advertised.

I purchased this as I needed a light simple laptop to take with me when I travel. I didnt need anything super fast or high dollar as I use my custom built desktop for that. I ordered this knowing it was able to be returned. I was surprised and very happy with what I got. Package was well packed. Simple. Laptop and charging cable. I charged it for a few hours and setup was a breeze. Computer is nice, light, and works well. The chrome OS is a little harder to setup and get where you want but its something you can GOOGLE!! If there is ANYTHING I can gripe about it is this. The keyboard is in lower case and I doint like that. Thats it!!
