This is my first MacBook Pro, I've always been #TeamPC. Price - very good Shipment - arrived two days earlier than I expected Condition - VERY good. There's one little scuff mark but definitely not a deal breaker Performance - VERY good, easy to set up. My peripherals (docking station, two external monitors, external mouse/keyboard combo) connected seamlessly. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase of this laptop. System arrived sooner than expected, and a signature was required. (Good practice for any pricy item, but a heads up would’ve been appreciated) System arrived in excellent condition, with the correct specifications. System came with the necessary components. (In this case, an power adapter with USB-C to USB-C cable for charging) ‘Just worked’ out of the box. Successfully updated to latest MacOS. All in all, no regrets. Had to return this device. If you would like the model with Touch Bar, be sure to get the M1 version of this... The intel version is very loud, and the battery depletes in no time... sometimes locks up and will beep when trying to click on anything. It's a beautiful device but it's just not worth it. Go for the M1 version or better, or get a newer MacBook Air. ... show more

Near dead battery out of the box and would not hold a charge. Laptop diagnostics show "Battery Service Needed". Seller guarantees battery at 80% capacity or above! If you purchase, make sure to run your diagnostics before installing your data. Huge hassle to remove data and return.
