I was a little iffy buying a used laptop but I did not want to pay full price for a brand new one so I decided to give it a shot. For the price I am extremely impressed with it. The battery life and everything else is top notch. A few noticeable scratches and dents were present on the outside but that was to be expected and I have a case on it so it doesn't really matter anyway. Arrived quickly, within 4 days of purchase. Near perfect condition really; only blemish were a few very shallow scratches on the bottom of the laptop. Battery health good, 90%. Fast computer. I have Visual Studio Code, 20+ tabs, music via YouTube, Discord, my development server, notes, Figma and an organizer app open every time I use it, and it switches between everything smoothly and loads heavy content in under 2 seconds. This is the quickest computer I’ve ever owned and I couldn’t be more impressed. Be prepared to have an extra USBC and brick on hand though. The one that came with my purchase didn’t work. Only issue but not complaining since I’ve got tons laying around. Space gray on a 2020 MBA M1 is stunning by the way! It’s like a muted metallic black. Just received my renewed MacBook Air. Honestly, it seems brand new. No blemishes whatsoever, came in the original box, original apple charger. Battery life is 100%. It's so fast!!!!!! Loads programs and webpages incredibly well. I downloaded and installed Adobe Lightroom in less than 2 minutes where my other computer took at least a half an hour. I'm very happy with it so far. Time will tell but I'm trilled that I decided to go "renewed" because I saved a bunch of money for basically a new laptop. ... show more

I have only spent a day with the computer, but it's been a great one. I wanted to replace my 2017 i5 Intel Macbook Air due to age and lots of useage. Did my research, found the M1 and M2 base models were similar in performance/specs so decided on the M1 due to price, especially with an M1 refurb. So, it came with the macbook box looking brand new. Everything in the original box placed correctly (I don't even think the charger was ever unwrapped). But the truth lay with the battery cycle count, and it only had 20 cycles! That's about only 15 extra cycles compared to a new computer that costs $300 more. Very satisfied with the condition of the refurb. I got this particular computer from iPower Resale Inc. Great job! As for the computer itself, well, all the hype of the M1 SoC is warranted. Going from the 2017 i5 Intel to the M1 is like going from a 20 year old sedan to a brand new luxury sports car. Chrome no longer makes my computer a furnace with 5 tabs open, Microsoft Office doesn't take 90 seconds to verify and open, and my battery is refusing to drain. Apple has killed it on making their own hardware. This is what separates them from Windows based laptops (note, I love building and gaming on Windows desktops). Other fun improvements are a pretty impressive sound system for a little computer, I actually get bass from the speakers. Playing Youtube videos is seamless, no lag and great resolution. The ID touch is spot on, no delays in using it. My only complaints are the lack of MagSafe charge port, and only 2 USB-C ports that are on the same side. The industry as a whole seems to be trending into reducing external ports, but I would like at least 3. Or at least one on both sides. The charger is also the weak 30 W version, which I suggest replacing. These are minor issues though. In summary, if you are looking for a light, thin, fast, long lasting battery laptop, look no further. And get it refurbed! ... show more
